I don't get it
Oh dear, how to explain this...
The joke is that without a man, she doesn't have any "Vitamin D." I think you can guess what the D stands for.
While I support your decision to have a "no sex until marriage" romance in the game, choosing to be celibate until marriage is not the same principle as being LGBT. That being said, I do hope that they give you an option like this in the future though.
I wasn't comparing the two in any manner except that like how I said: I want it to be represented in a Bioware game. And thanks. ![]()

...dude?
I just want one LI to have the same belief as me that one should wait until you are married before consummating that love with each other. But as you said that will seem rushed so they are all premarital sex options.
Something like that could have certainly worked in DA:II. Seb was so close, but he went too far. Maybe Cullen or Cass, with their strong ties to the Chantry could follow this point of view.
That said, I also don't care to invest too much emotion anymore. To be honest, I got pretty hooked on ME because of romance. Then it went nowhere. I hate that I invested anything in the first place. I feel stupid. Their overall message seems to be, "if you are going to invest emotions, make it about sadness, loss, and high minded ideals about sacrifice and duty." So I've taken that to heart. I don't think they really know where to carry their games anywhere else.
I don't necessarily agree. Sure, Wynne supported that viewpoint in DAO, but there you had other characters sponsoring the opposite, such as Zevran and Leliana. Even Wynne seemed to begin to have her doubts about it in Asunder, I would say. And you could always go against the tide. I've been trying to plan my first DAI character concept (my most recent spurt of inspiration produced what is likely to be my favorite of my characters yet xD) and the way is developing, he is the one likely to tell people like Wynne who are all "love is the death of duty" to mind their own business.
But definitely, DAO had much better character interaction than DA2.
...dude?
This is why I love your posts.

Can someone provide a summary of the so-far-known Li's and Orientations?

Cassandra - sexuality unknown
Cullen - sexuality unknown
Sera - lesbian
that's all so far.

We know there is no marriage option in DAI. Maybe next game though...

Maybe you're right.....
Although, I felt it was fitting for my Dalish anyways. They killed all of those humans in the beginning. They only embrace the heroic ideal afterwards. But a price must be paid eventually.

Vitamin D is 'dick.'

(Sigh)
You know, I'm not a fan of Terry Goodkind but he was right about something. (Some) People are stupid.

Where'd that information come from? Also, just because you can't marry your companions in game doesn't mean there isn't an option to wait till marriage in it.
Stupid?
Making bad, offensive, ignorant jokes in a public space? Yeah, that fits my definition of stupid. Though admittedly said definition is rather broad.
Plus, I was disappointed the joke wasn't smarter. I actually looked up Vitamin D hoping for a scientific double entendre. What a letdown. Idiots.

It was a dev tweet a few months ago.

The one thing I do have hope in for DAI's sense of "continuity" (whether you romance or not) is that it'd be pretty lame if they tried to pull off the "mysterious disappearance" and/or death again. How many protagonists have to keep going out like this? Surely, not three times.
Or so I think.

Well, Warden and Hawke are supposedly showing up again this game so who knows.

I have more hope for Hawke.. simply because they don't die in anyone's playthrough.
The Warden.. I'm afraid they might want to tie up all loose ends.
