I'm wondering if they're counting 'one night stand' NPCs. Sounds stupid I know but if you think about it, considering how many different places the Inquisitor goes and how many people he/she sees, that could bloat possibilities quite a bit.
I'm beginning to have a very suspicious feeling they are and that displeases me.
If I wanted cheap floozies, I'd hit the Pearl or the Blooming rose again.
It´s not gonna be that of a high number since all the animations costs, dialogue costs and that it´s optional...so 6-7 is my guess...:S
Six is the averagey number we've expected and truth be told, I STILL don't see race being that big of a deal (until we've been told otherwise).
But what Gaider is saying still worries me.
A part of me(the small, joking, non-serious part) thinks that the whole race restrictions thing is a ploy on Bioware's part to get the fan base to let them go back to human only protagonists.
"So you've wanted to play a qunari since Origins? Well here you go; you've got all the weight and responsibilities of saving the world, multiplied in difficulty because no one in power trusts you due to your race, so you have to work that much harder to unite them, and on top of that, you'll never find love even among your closest and most trusted companions. Have fun, and see you next time for Dragon Age IV: Hawke Returns!"
He is being a bit oddly negative about it, isn't he?
Like, when he first said it, I was like, 'no big deal, this'll effect maybe two characters', but now it's seeming it's much higher than that.
Qunari and dwarves definitely seem to be getting the short end of the stick at least.
