I think the tavern scene might be a description of Sera's experience with Iron Bull.

Gideon Emery has South-African accent, and D.Gaider mentioned, that Fenris definitely had an accent. So I suppose that must be Tevinter's?

Gideon Emery had South-African accent, so I suppose that?

 

Danarius sounded like everyone else to me, but as for Fenris, I never... thought that was his accent. Corypheus was Tevene but I can't really pinpoint his accent.

And granted, the accent could change in the 1000 years since Cory was last in Tevinter.

 

And yeah, Gideon Emery does have that accent, it's just a derivative of a British accent. He spent much of his childhood in South Africa.
