No a big fan of melee in this game, since any f****n" Husk can cancel my headbutt/brofist...

Here is the warlord on platinum.  It isn't optimal, but it pretty hilarious.  you still get your hammer charge use through the light melee combo.

 

 

No video for the melee human adept, but I usually skip passive and utilize singularity and shockwave for stagger in combination with the scorpion.  It has a solid AoE and has multipliers against all defenses.  Use adrenaline III to get in close quick and ragdoll enemies all over the map.  One thing to remember, the melee doesn't lock on, so you have to get used to that.

The melee Drell Assassin build has always intrigued me; I've yet to do it myself so I don't have a build, but my guess is it could be pretty filthy. 
 
As for what I like that I've used (not necessarily in order): 
 
1) Shaman
2) Huntress
3) Salarian Engineer w/Venom - you can thank Argent for that one.

Melee Drell Infiltrator is actually pretty freaking good. It almost made my list. I can give you a build when I get to a computer if you want/need one.
