This is a kit I've almost never used, but one that I'd really like to spend more time with. I'm at a complete loss on how I should build her though, so what better to do than ask all of you how you like to play her?
I'd rather not skip Stasis, because otherwise I just feel like I'm playing a meh version of the Drellgod. And I loathe those puggers who skip charge and equip a sniper.

You could do 3 pity points in Stasis, stolen from Fitness or Passive.
I run sans Stasis though.
I won't profess to be an expert on the Assguard; I don't use her often either and currently have her setup like this, Wraith notwithstanding. I actually don't remember what weapon I have on her atm....
I hate using Stasis as a headshot setup power even though it's really good for that; I'd rather use it to setup BEs detonated by either Charge or Lift nades. Someone else will have a more complete description of what to do with her besides Stasis -> detonate.
Oh, I last used the Venom on her.
I hate the Asari Vanguard. Not because she's a bad character. Far from it. It's because I've played probably over 1000 games with my mate Jay and I would bet my life that 800 of those he used the Asari Vanguard/Cerberus Harrier X. He farms kills during objectives, camps on ammo crates, burns 6 Thermal Clip Packs per game, Lift Grenade spams spawns and rapes everything in sight with his Harrier. I know it's not her fault but every time I see her I wanna smack the b*tch.
Skipping Stasis is not a meh version of the Drellgod. Its the beginners version of the Drellgod. It is easier to hit with lift nades.
The best best Build that includs Stasis I came up with was a pure Stasis Sniper Build. But to be honest it is boring to only snipe stasised enemies.
A charge and nade build is more fun and if you do not want to leave Stasis out a 63665 Build or a Build that has Bonus-Power on Stasis would proberbly be good.
Edit: Thinking about this the next Respec Cart is reserved for the Asari Vanguard. New Build something around this. Untested by me and I give no guarantee that it will work...

This actually intrigues me. BP is not something I usually try. I have the reset cards to spare, so I'll fool around with it.
About to try Clyde's build with a few tweaked evolutions. Bonus Power charge could also be an option?

Stasis isn't remotely one of the best powers in the game. It is better as a bubble as not a bubble, although you might not want to invest 21 points in it on a character that has Charge and Grenades.
But I suppose if you want to fully differentiate her from DV you might as well go full bubble. I just don't think that really improves her killing efficiency.
No fitness AV with arc pistol.
Spec bonus power on stasis. If it works, detonate the stasis with biotic charge.
If it doesn't, stasis-snipe with arc pistol.
Lift grenades for CC.

I rarely end up using stasis with it but still like to put 3 points in it. It can be fun to use against phantoms.
I go with a 4/6/6/6/4 build (that's 4 stasis if I got the order wrong). 6/6/6/5/3, a no fitness build or 6/6/6/4/4 would also be very good builds for her.
I pick bonus power charge with power synergy, max power damage in passives. I usually run the Wraith but Talon, Pirahna or Hurrdurcain would probably be just as good if you prefer. I really only use stasis situationally, such as for phantom control or during abjectives when I don't wanna charge off.
IMO she is arguably more powerful than the DV on gold since the nades hit a larger radius and absolutely decimate mooks.

On plat though the DV is miles ahead thanks to higher damage and being able to set off combos with his nades. Those, along with better passives, make him much better against bosses.

Very good with the wraith as well but I prefer the Arc pistol and just stupidly absurd lift nades.

We've had this arguement on the forums many times and nothing gets resolved. 
It is for sure a very good power against most factions and I'd say it's the best vs cerberus. I'll stick to my guns in that regard.

While I like and endorse stasis I don't think it is a must have power on her. She already has something for everything especially phantoms.

I've only run her on Gold, which isn't a reliable test. My build also shows an Adrenaline Module where I use a Power Amp actually. But IMO, Fitness doesn't benefit her as much as more power damage and 6 ranks of the other powers do.
Also, I agree with what everyone else is saying about using the Drellguard instead.
