I've only used her like 4 times throughout my ME3 Multiplayer history. I do spec 6/6/6/5/3 though.

3 points in Stasis for those b*** Phantoms, max out Lift Nades and Biotic Charge, use Grenade Gear.

From time to time do a biotic space fart heavy melee just for teh lolz.

Designed for Gold difficulty. Should kill infantry in one headshot for undefended, two for shielded, three for Phantoms, all without breaking Stasis.

 

Or if there'd a crowd you can Charge and hit them with >2K damage Lift Grenades.

 

Alternate weapons: Paladin, Valiant.

I've only run her on Gold, which isn't a reliable test. My build also shows an Adrenaline Module where I use a Power Amp actually. But IMO, Fitness doesn't benefit her as much as more power damage and 6 ranks of the other powers do.

 

Also, I agree with what everyone else is saying about using the Drellguard instead. 

Makes sense. I usually play off host, so I instinctively approach any kit with biotic charge with weary scepticism.

Lift grenades are stupid powerful.  This is my build that I rotate a bunch of different weapons with.  I like the gambler set-up of bonus power on biotic charge and stasis.

No fitness AV with arc pistol.

Spec bonus power on stasis. If it works, detonate the stasis with biotic charge.

If it doesn't, stasis-snipe with arc pistol.

Lift grenades for CC.

Exactly my current build and play style except I use the Paladin. Not because it's a better gun - it's not - just because reasons.

Of all the Characters the Asari Vanguard has been my favourite from the moment I got her.

 

Did my first successful Gold with her, Got the Cerberus Challenge with her and still play her at least once a week.

 

My build is 64466. I use the Piranha, Warp ammo, Shock trooper upgrade (get's you the full nades anyway), Shotgun Amp and normally a Cyclonic III/IV

 

Don't spec out of stasis, it's a great OMG power. Hit that Phantom just about to charge you or take out a team mate.

 

For most foes BC then dodge back while hitting them with the Shotty, rinse and repeat, you can even do this with Primes and Atlas as BC will stagger them - just make sure you take the shield recharge evo on BC. Her dodge will have you dancing around Dragoons.  I use Stasis to take on two Phantoms, i.e. Stasis one while BCing the other, than BC the first one to complete.

I seldom bother with BE's as the weight of the shotty damages CD too much, and most things have already died from BC/shotty.

 

Her grenades are great but 4 (with shock trooper) are plenty - any more and you may as well be playing a Demolisher!

 

You may be able to tell I use her as a Cerberus Specialist, but she also works well against Geth.

Carnage is arguable.

 

There's no argument. Carnage blows chunks. It's slower than a Juggernaut walking and takes 5.7 eternities to cool down even on 200%.

Her melee build is cool, but not recommended for certain factions. Asari Heavy-Melee leave them vulnerable to attacks and since they don't have high shields, if you don't have the patience for an Asariguard Melee build I'd suggest you shouldn't try it. I don't play her enough to want to try it, but Stasis can really help you dish out a lot of damage with your guns and grenades. Her lift Grenades are probably the most powerful lift grenades.

I switch back and forth between two builds with her.

 

63656 and 66653 (I don't like skipping stasis either though I find I don't actually use it much with her).  With both builds, I spec BC for power damage and suicide charge (so far my best is 13 charges in a row with no cooldown).  With stasis if I've maxed it I go for bonus power and the bubble.  Lift grenades I go standard (extra grenade instead of duration) on both builds.  Raider is my usual gun with her; I tend to run her with disruptor ammo because I'm low on incendiary.  She is the one and only asari character I cannot play the melee build on worth a squat.  I always put max power damage on her passives for her grenades.  I play both builds a little bit differently but both are grenadiers, essentially.  The nice thing is that she's the one vanguard I can play off host.  I'm super comfortable with the asari slide dodge due to blowing half my time in this game playing a melee huntress.  Plus she has lolgrenades.  So if charge is borking on me, I can usually get myself out of trouble.

I use the Scorpion... shoot/prime, charge, lift grenade.  Charge again if necessary, or backpedal if it's a boss.  Oh, no stasis build.

Here are my standard choices for the Asari Vanguard

6 Biotic Charge [Radius, Power Synergy, Bonus Power]
6 Stasis [Duration, Bonus Power, Bubble]
6 Lift Grenade [Radius, Max Grenades, Damage & Radius]
5 Asari Commando [Damage & Capacity, Power Damage]
3 Fitness

Between the two Bonus Power evolutions and absurdity of grenade capacity/thermal clip packs she is a non-stop maelstrom of biotic destruction and staggers. While she is more frail with no evolutions in Fitness she is no more frail than a full fitness Drell Vanguard, but with better crowd control options (and yes my Drell have only three ranks in Fitness and all six in Pull). Fitness is largely unecessary here when you have Stasis to mitigate damage from elites/minions and Biotic Charge/Bonus Power/Biotic Charge/Biotic Dash/Rinse&Repeat chaining enemy staggers, yielding persistent damage reduction and breaking enemy targeting. Besides, if I am going to burn through all six Thermal Clip packs on a grenadier kit then it is no loss if I need to use Medi-Gel/Ops Survival Packs as well, since it will still cost 33,000 credits to replace either one or all four of those equipment stacks.

I use her only on gold difficulty however, due to her lack of any multiplicative bonuses to power damage beyond barriers nor any biotic explosions against armor. I use the other four asari on Platinum, with a vastly greater preference for the two Adepts over the Valkyrie or Huntress.

I like to focus the Drell a little more on weapon damage and the asari a little more on power damage. I don't like having too many extremely similar builds.

 

Next time I feel like re-doing my Asari, I will probably max Stasis.

Probably already been mentioned, but note that Lift Grenades will only detonate combos on unprotected enemies. If they are primed and have Shields/Barrier or Armor, the grenade will not detonate the BE/TE

She is as good and as tanky as the drell, I do not understand the "meh" comments. 4 points in stasis is enough for a panic button; otherwise charge - >headshot, or charge -> dodge -> grenade. Good for any difficulty. Cyclonics is optional. One of my favourite vanguards.

I only skip rank six of the passives and put those points into fitness.  Max everything else out.  Put a Harrier on her along with Grenade Cap V and kill all the things.  She's a great soldier -  seriously love this kit.
