Hey people. Just completed my final save on DA2 ready for Inquistion but somthing weird happened, I had/have Fenis as my LI but i'm not sure if he left my FemHawke or not. He went away after the romance scene I skip most of the conversation and i'm not sure what happened, I was told by a friend that I had successfuly romanced him and on a walkthrough I found said he'd come back to hawke to talk about it later. I completed it, Nothing happened. Is this a problem?

Just to make sure I am following what exactly happened in your play through, let me see if this sum up is correct:

1) In Act 2, you had the romance scene with Fenris, and he left.

2) In Act 3 (the final Act of the game), you never had a discussion with him about your relationship, after killing Danarius. (this is where you can choose to keep him as a love interest).

3) In the final quest of the game (Last Straw), you did NOT get a convo with him, and a final kiss.

4) and finally, Varric did NOT say "everyone eventually left the Champions side. All except Fenris, of course."

If it is "yes" for numbers 2-4, then your romance did NOT complete. However, since the next game will be using the Dragon Age Keep (a website for building your world states for importation), rather than directly importing from the previous game, you can easily set your "world state", for that play through to reflect a completed romance.

You have to have his 100% friendship/rivalry for reconciliation dialogue to happen, and not romance anyone else after he has left in Act 2.

Just as Renfrees stated, to get his QB - Questioning Beliefs - (and advance the romance) in Act 3, you have to have not attempted to romance anyone else, and be at 100% Friendship/Rivalry. This will occur after his personal Quest, "Alone".

Spoiler

During "Last Straw", you will have another convo with him, which will give you another kiss (there is also a kiss during the QB, if you reaffirm the romance). This is when the Romance Achievement will "pop", if you haven't already received that achievement. Lastly, Varric will note that Fenris stayed with the Champion.
