I have used Nod32 before and wasn't all that impressed with it's performance, I have been looking on review sites and it seems bitdefender might be a good choice, anyone able to suggest otherwise?

Huh, all the review sites I have looked at give it top scores but all the user reviews are incredibly negative, not sure what to think.

I hate technoogy so much
I hate technoogy too. I love technology though. ![]()
It's kinda strange complaining about technology or science on the internets. You should be doing it with clay tablets, unless that's too advanced for you.

I hate technoogy too.
Thats because you never really gave it a chance, I am sure if you tried it you might learn to love it.

Avast or Microsoft Security Essentials (not both at the same, they really conflict), coupled with Superantispyware, Malwarebytes, Spyware S&D.
On a related note, I also use ccleaner and scotty the watchdog.

I like Avast. I used to have AVG, but it minimized my video games, even when I told it not to.

Bitdefender, because I like how it's simple and effective.

Avast looks good too.

Bitdefender or Norton antivirus. Buy their Deluxe suites for optimum protection. Yes, u should buy. Dont bother getting free antivirus. ANY paid antivirus is better than free antivirus. Generally they r better made or have more solid features.

It uses lots of ram I think. Back in 2006-09 I was using Norton Antivirus. It was good but my system wasn't very fast because of it. Later I used Avast and it was good enough. But it's the Bitdefender that does it right.
Fun fact: I didn't use antivirus between 1999-2006 except a short period of time using Panda!

Hmmm...I might be switching back to Bitdefender then.
