Hello, I am a 3D artist and game developer, and I want to rebuild game for new game engine Unreal Engine 4.

The reason is because Mass Effect 3 Multi-player have only survival game mode, and I want to make more game modes, like "Objectives"; "PVP game mode" (main objective right now PVP game mode) and more. Plans remake all objects to make better quality.

Okay, they have respond for my request really fast, but it was denied e-mail copy http://forum.bioware...ect/?p=16459659, but we can make our own content. So....

Right now we need:

2D texture artist: HD textures 2048x2048 for static objects.

Contact with me if you interested via: Origin Artemius92

If You guys have found a mistake in my poor grammar, please correct me.

Also, what do you think about this?

This sounds like you're building an entire Mass Effect game from scratch. That's a colossal undertaking, just from a technical perspective. This may also be a legal nightmare. Sorry if I sound harsh, it's a massively ambitious project. Good luck with that.

Well, true, building a game from a scratch.

And yes, it's a colossal undertaking, as gamedev always and from all perspectives, not just only technical perspective < it mine headache, don't worry about that. But am not going to build a full game at once. Piece by piece and everything be okay.

Also yes, a legal nightmare will came soon. And thank you.

Like Commander Chino said, this is a ridiculously colossal thing you're trying to approach. Good luck to you and all that, but this is a lot.

That being said, you'd need to contact EA rather than a forum that Bioware controls. I think one of their e-mails is still permissionrequests@ea.com.

But let me point out something with the Command and Conquer franchise: there's a game called Renegade X made by modders that completely draws on everything the original C&C series did. Under the terms they worked out with EA (not the developer), they could not at all monetize their project. They had to make their own assets, both audio and visual, in their game. So while you got that understanding already that it won't be commercial and completely free...just putting it out there that you'd need to actually communicate with EA and not just Bioware.

Yes, I know about that, and those guys who making Renegade X doing great job. Also thanks for the right direction > http://help.ea.com/e...-games-content/

And yes, if they will not give to us permission to use their content, we will made our own but yes, it will be even more colossal undertaking.

Well, actually I wouldn't tell anything before we figure out what can we do and what can we take. I'll send message to them and tell You guys what they are thinking about this. Time to wait.

Looking for 2D texture artist for making HD textures [2048x2048] for static objects. Contact with me if you interested.

Just a little example

New [2048x2048] (yes, tiles is too far away from each other)

Original [256x256]

Cerberus_Floor_standard_Or.jpg

And result: without texture Normal map only. Not super-duper but hey, I only started. Also materials doesn't have properly settings.

OP,with all due respect, there's not a theoretical way you could do that. Even if,by some magical miracle, you actually got the rights from EA to do it,it would take you years, and years to get it done.

I suspect that as long as EA is making ANY money from game sales you will not get any such perms.  With perms, while colossal, I don't think it would be AS huge as anticipated.  It gets monstrous if you have to create everything from scratch, not so much if you only need to "port" current models, textures, and dialog to the new engine.

If it depended entirely upon me, I'd love to see a complete ME2 remake in a new engine with ME3 mechanics,
