Just thought I would try out Sten for the first time and wanted to give him Berserker.
He is level 11 at the moment but has no point to spend in specialization even though I have it unlocked. Is this right or am I missing something?

...I never thought of it that way honestly o_O. I always thought it was from a bug, so I immediately downloaded the 2-spec-Sten mod.

Nice note, i never would have thought about this but it makes perfect sense. Thanks!
I like Sten, am finally getting around to giving him a fair shot this playthrough. Have died twice while watching him do finishing moves with the greatsword though
Havent tried the 2H yet, but it looks cool when he does it ...

I tend to think Sten makes a good Reaver, if only because 'Frightening Appearance' fits his look so well, even if he is a big softie. I'm currently using a mod that makes him start as a Reaver, before that I just gave him it at 14, or Berserker (which is more useful, really).

True. Besides he's the only one who gets a massive strength boost if he likes you well enough, which for a 2 handed berserker is about the best thing you could get, much better than any specialization with a few neat tricks.
