I would imagine that the Doctor is also immune to indoctrination. Fair to say, he could pull out the sonic and change the Reapers parameters to be whatever he wanted them to be. Or he'd just destroy them as they're machines, probably by trapping them in a permanent quantum lock, or putting them in a time lock, or just going back and preventing the Leviathans from ever evolving while creating a paradox that allows the galaxy to go on as it always has.

The reapers wouldn't exist in the same galaxy as Q. They suck the fun out of everything. He'd sure drive the protheans crazy though. I think the Leviathan would get the full assault of his shenanigans though.

Not sure if I'd replace anyone since I like most of the characters. I might replace Liara with Shiala though. Or like a few others said, combine the two characters.

I dunno. Having another vanguard capable of biotic charge in the group does sound appealing. Her character isn't all that compelling though. I'd rather just have some new asari commando than either.

Hey I like Anderson. But if we're replacing the leadership I'd trade the entire Alliance Admiralty, the Council, the Quarian Admiralty and Wrex for Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Liara (I do like her, but a real fighter would be more usefull) for Shiala (a real commando - probably more powerfull then Liara is...until she had the Thorian run in and became unstable...)

 

Tali (as much as I like her...) for Okeer (a Krogan scientist? - COOL!) or Skarr (i have a thing for Krogan Battlemasters - all the skills of a normal Krogan and powerfull biotics, too...it's the only thing Okeer didn't give Grunt...I wounder why?)

 

Oh and I would have loved to have a BATARIAN on my team and a female Turian

The only problem with Data is it would probably bring the cat which wouldn't go so well with the hamster and I agree with the no emotion chip.  Other than that it would be a total win.

As for other series, replace Admiral Anderson with Admiral Ackbar, the man (squid?) knows a trap when he sees one, and you wouldn't even need to change the initials!  Or better yet, replace Starchild with GLaDOS.  "For Science", now that's a reaper motivation I can get behind.

I like Grunt, but to be honest I wonder if Okeer would have actually been more interesting.

 

I'd probably replace Liara with some ME2 squaddie. Don't much care which (except Legion), I just reckon that as the Shadow Broker she needs to be Brokering things in the Shadows.

 

And out of series... replace EDI with Bender?
