Who is the third rogue? None of the official concept art pieces show anyone who seems rogue material.

The mustached man has been shown as a mage, Cullen we know is a warrior, leaving the scribe girl who seems more like an advisor than a fight (maybe thats the point?) and also Leliana who i dont think they'd bring back (though i wouldnt mind)
Assuming they arent the missing companion, do you think there is a companion we havent seen yet?
It's either Cole (of Asunder), someone we haven't seen yet, Scribbles, or someone we have seen who has been remade into a rogue, in that order of likeliness. (/imo)

But its been confirmed that the class ratio would be equal meaning 3/3/3 thats why people deduced cullen as a romancable NPC

It simply says he's a rogue. He did wield daggers in Asunder, however, which is why I think he might be a likely choice.

It's not confirmed he is the rogue that made it to final cut. It's just that he was conceptualized as a rogue companion at some point in development. He may have been cut, but he was conceptualized as a rogue for the game.
Cole was never a mage, though, really. He's not human. He was a spirit, like Justice, most likely.
After Asunder, I don't see him joining up with the Inquisition, but that is me. *shrugs*
Hoping for another female rogue and the only returning female rogue I would want is Sigrun.
I'm curious about this too. I hope it's not Cole, although it would be interesting to see what Bioware does with him in DAI. I'm hoping for a completely new character we've never seen before.

Oh ok thank you, im just hoping for a non human character to fill the space hopefully female aswell. Two human females and an elf female in a game with 4 races just seems like a missed opportunity. Time will tell unfortunately
I don't think Cole was a Mage in Asunder, but the boy who died was.

Part of me is kinda hoping that the alpha combat video we saw Feathers being a warrior was alpha and he was re-conceptualized as a rogue... but that is because I am still clinging to the idea of Cullen being a companion and not just a romancable NPC. I know it isn't likely, but I also wasn't expecting another rogue. I was hoping for a 4/3/2 split. The only hint we have is Cole and just... MEH. I would prefer him as a villain.
The third rouge must have been missing from every single concept art, not even visible in group shots and is like... leak proof almost if it wasn't for that survey that mentioned Cole before in there. I remember Gaider commenting on a fan art before, about a character that was missing from it but that was fine because that character in question hasn't been shown in the slightest. I remember it so vividly because it was around the time Solas appeared and the art was about him, Vivienne, and Iorn Bull. So the final rouge hasn't even appeared in the backgrounds of the concept art.
My money is totally on Cole, and I really hope so too. He does have thief like skills to him with the dagger, able to sneak, has been able to nab things from people to unlock doors, and he's also a really creative take on the thiefy sneaky class because of those different powers he has. He could be like, a spirit rouge, we haven't gotten one of those! Ahhh that and he's a wonderful question mark from the book still, it answered nothing about his character and set him up for great development for party time. It would be a complete waste if he was left in the books.

I doubt we'll get more concept art, and I also think they said that they would not be revealing every companion. This means that at least one or two companions will be left secret until the game is released and we're playing it. Or, if you manage to get hold of an accurate leak and read that, but I've been avoiding anything that says "leaked script" or "possible leak" like the plague, since if it's accurate it'll spoil the entire game for me and that's not cool.

I dunno about that. I've seen more people hate the idea of Cole in the party for a lot of different reasons, than I have seen people who support him being in-game. I think he'd be fascinating and we could learn more about the nature of spirits from him, and maybe teach him to be more human. But some people just absolutely hate him, are convinced he's a demon, want to kill him without even seeing what state he's actually in in DA:I, etc.
In fact there was so much negativity and thread derailment (intentional thread derailment) in the Cole discussion thread that I had started a while back that I had to request it be shut down. I'm still pretty bitter about that because I really enjoyed discussing the character. Mostly it was one or two people doing the derailing and Cole-hating, but there is a whole lot of strong anti-Cole sentiment on these forums. I gotta say I don't get why all the hate for a fictional character of ambiguous nature who hasn't even been in a game yet... and may never be.
That said, I repeat I am not sure Cole will even be in game, or Dramatic Hands for that matter, even though Dramatic Hands has a very good following of fans without even seeing any in-game screens/videos of him. It won't surprise me if I can recruit Cole, but it also won't surprise me if there's some other rogue present in his stead.

I would be very surprised if they decided to chop him on the soul reason of 'not being able to work' on a functional level, considering it's not like he's literally a ghost and had physical fights in the book.
And I'm sure we will get more art, besides I would be horribly surprised if all the art that has been shown was all that was done for DAI if the game is truly supposed to be massive and complicated. I have freebie art books that have more concept art in them then what we have seen with DAI so far.
I have been really hesitant in believing leaks, certainly older ones, but Cole just makes way too much sense to me for him to not be apart of the game unless Gaider plans on writing another book. It feels like advertisement to learn more about Cole at the end of the game in a different medium, and they have said an Asunder character will be taking part in the game. Since the other characters are busy with their own things in places we cannot go to, Cole is the only one who is really hands free to go whereever he pleases and the only stabby dagger one from it.
Shhhh I really want Cole and ever since Asunder came out I have been pineing for the answers to him for years ahhhh. Ahhhh ;_; But it doesn't conflict with the logic that I built up so I wont let fangirly wants be in the way of logical gaming designs.

The most obvious would be Cole, who we heard about in the survey, but the fact that we haven't seen or heard anything about him in a really time. I'm not really interested in Cole, though, so I'm really hoping that he's out.
I really think that the people who are hoping for a character that we've seen already to be re-spec'd into a rogue are reaching. I just can't see why that would be the case. It could happen, I guess, but I'm just not seeing it.

Completely on the same page with you, there was even concept art showing this elf a few times but i doubt they'd put two rogue female elves in one party
