There are so many spectacular looking ways to kill stuff in this here game that I can't narrow down a favorite beyond the general category of decapitation. Melon-popping from across the map with a sniper rifle, stasis + executioner, point blank shotgun blast to the face or back of the head, a shadow relieving the enemy of his or her noggin via flaming sword ... it's all too beautiful.

Using Stasis on a Phantom, and getting the kill with a power that shouldn't one shot an enemy.

When you melee and enemy so hard their arm rig gets stuck in the floor and they stretch out like a limp noodle... its a glitch, but damn it is a fun one.

Either Charging a Nemesis and punching a Nova deep inside their stinking throat (instant kill in Silver), or Stasis a Phantom and filling it with Biotic Orbs.

I killed an Atlas with my VolEngy's heavy melee.  This was before the Batarian Gauntlet had even showed up.
