I think the more pressing question is, if that first guy on the left IS Cullen, WHY IS HE WEARING ANDERS' CLOTHES?!

 

Maybe you get Cullen if Hawke sided with the Templars. Or Anders if Hawke spared him. Just a thought.

What i find strange is that, the Inquisitor walks out of the fade with his inquisitor outift. Is that there only as a place holder for the time being?

Well vengance went into cullen when anders was bumped off.  Get ready for another moody romance from a nutso betrayer.

I find the "our" much more interesting. Looks like Cassandra, Leliana and the soldiers at the end of DA2 all made the trip to where the breach happens and Varric tagged along.

Well, it seems quite likely the Divine died in that incident.  So I'd expect her to be pretty upset.

Yep seems like it. Or he's wearing it just for the trailer, because they need the Inquisitor to look consistent.

It doesn't make sense that the Inquisitor would wear the armour of an organisation that doesn't exist yet, in that scene.

It is a gameplay trailer because it was all done in game engine I think.
