Most people are saying that Cullen, Leliana and the dark woman between Sera and the Warden are important NPCs.
"Cole" is the tall individual standing between Varric and Solas.

I've been wondering why every shot we get of an individual people start going "COMPANION!! COMPANION!!" Sooner or later we're bound to run into an NPC.

The current idea is:
Warriors: Cassandra, Iron Bull, Grey Warden
Mages: Vivienne, Solas, DHMG/Dorian
Rogues: Varric, Sera, Cole
NPCs/Advisors: Leliana, Cullen, Scribe Girl
In that picture, it goes (l to r): Cullen (advisor), Vivienne (mage), Varric (rogue), Cole (rogue), Solas (mage), Cassandra (warrior), Inquisitor, Iron Bull (warrior), DHMG/Dorian (mage), Leliana (advisor), Sera (rogue), Scribe Girl (advisor), Grey Warden (warrior)

Maybe we only fight some of the wardens and then we get them on our side? Like, maybe we just have to take out a certain corrupted leader?

If some BS like Corph body hopping into our wardens then the Inq has to kill them happens I'm gonna be pissed.

Kinda disappointed if that's Cole. Hopefully I can tell him to go away. Happy with everyone else, though. I especially like that Cassandra's skeptical about the Inquisitor at first. Some nice drama there.

I personally kind of think that if Coryph is going to body-snatch anyone, it's going to be Hawke. The individual who defeated him has to be powerful, especially if they aren't a blood mage or mage. I could totally see Hawke piquing his interest and him finding some way to steal their body a la Flemeth.
Oh, now there's an idea! Flemeth body-stealing = connections to ancient Tevinter. Hmmm...

On another note...is it just me or does the Inquisitor sound like the guy who voiced big ben dude in the Me3 trailer. I could swear it's him.
I thought that had been male Hawke.

Seeing the new trailer this morning was incredible. I see I'm not the only one disappointed that some form of the default female Inquisitor wasn't included. I would have loved to at least gotten some idea of what her voice might sound like. Hopefully, Bioware has a trailer in the works that exclusively showcases a female Inquisitor in action...and one that isn't just a carbon copy of the male version.
The game really does look beautiful and I was ridiculously happy to see that last shot of many of the companions. Of all of them, the one I'm most excited to interact with again is Varric. He was by far one of the best characters in Dragon Age II. So much sass and wit. Also, curious about Cole. I haven't read Asunder, but I'm anxious to get my hands on the book. Looks like I'll have plenty of time to read it before the game's release though.
So many characters, so much potential. I can't wait to get my hands on this game. October 7th can't come soon enough!

If it's not been pointed out already Cullen, Leliana and scribe girl seem to be the only one's other than the inquisitor who aren't holding weapons. That seems to fit with the current theory about them.
I would have preferred another female and less humans but on the up side their designs all look amazing.

What's with all the short haired girls? I hope Sera's short-do is an illusion because I really don't like it. It's the blonde version of Cassandra's hair.
But whatever, aside from that, cool line-up. I haven't read the books and I'm not sure I plan to, but Cole looks interesting enough.

I really hope that the guy with shaggy blond hair and in leather armour is Cole. He was my favourite character in Asunder and when Bioware said that one character from that book will be in DAI I was so anxious for it to be him. I was always curious about what happened to him when the book finished and wanted to know more about his past.The other companions look awesome, especially Varric and the Grey Warden guy.

Given that there's a decent chance that everyone else from Asunder is going to be dead within the first hour of the game, Cole would be the best bet for a character from that book lasting any length of time into DAI.

i dont know if anyone has already made the comparison between the screenshot and the "Last Supper" yet, But i was Wondering if there where any spoilers hidden with the set up for the Screenshot, Than Who would be Judas? and if there are any spoilers within the set up, than is One of the NPC's shown in the Screenshot going to try and well... "Judas" us?.
