I like the inquisitor's helmet, though I'm wondering why he's wearing inquisition armor before the founding of the inquisition.
Maybe it was just generic armor and became the inspiration for the Inquisition's armor?

My guess, We're a spirit that came out of the fade just like the other demons, only like cole, we think we're mortals and that we've been mortal all our lives but in reality, we were born in that event.

Probably a placeholder, to maintain the consistency of the trailer. It has to be the same Inquisitor in every shot, even in that one with Cassandra which is right at the start of the game.
It would make no sense if the Inquisitor stepped out of the Fade wearing the iconic gear of the organisation that they hadn't yet founded
That was my guess, though it would be amusing if they decided to found the inquisition based off of the PC walking out of the fade wearing the outfit.

A little disappointed about the 6:3 m/f party ratio, not going to lie

Digging Sera's new short braided 'do, Solas actually looks great in-game (as opposed to the concept art), and I sure am glad to see Leliana back in action, even if its from the shadows. 
Actually, ALL of the companions look incredible. Can't wait to meet the new crew.

It's the lack of curls and the Ferelden fur. He is also missing his Sword of Mercy. But he looks just like the Cullen art from the leak survey minus the Templar standard. So... easy money on Cullen. I don't see Alistair getting a high profile position in the Inquisition. He doesn't have Leliana plot armor. He might be dead or drunk in too many people's games. Totally within character for Cullen to leave the Order after Kirkwall. If not then, then he would almost certainly leave after Lambert splits the Order from the Chantry.
