So apparently, Scribbles, who has now been revealed as Josephine Montilyet, is Leliana's friend.

idk I got nothing.  It does seem that Leliana (with Cassandra) are the ones getting this Inquisition started since they are both picking advisers.  I guess that's to be expected.
