Anyways, the first thing she says is "You're alive." This implies that she thought the Inquisitor was dead. Before you open the door, the torturer tells her, "There's no one left."

If this was simply a mission where Leliana was sent to assassinate someone, she failed, and was captured, why would she believe the Inquisitor had perished?

Dorian says, "You aren't curious how we got here?" If it were simply a matter of them riding to the town and killing people as they made their way to the castle, I don't think he'd say that.

On another note: the female qunari is so tall. Look how she just towers over Leliana!

I'm so glad we went with an imposing character still for the female Qunari!

I can't wrap my head around imposing protagonists.. Unless they're in a solo story (like Conan or Hulk without the Avengers). In ensembles, I'm used to seeing someone with more intangible qualities in the lead. Being leader is badass enough.. being two feet taller rubs it in :D

What about Brienne of Tarth?

I had to google her. Don't know her role in the books.. like her in the show though. She doesn't seem much like a lead. Jaime Lannister can't be overshadowed, even as her prisoner.

She becomes the lead in her own viewpoint chapters in the books.

Ah. I'll get around to catching up on the book series. I've tried to read the first book a couple of times, but got distracted.

Is it wrong that what I'm looking forward to most in the game is playing someone that looks to be about 7 foot tall?

Story, characters, exploration, combat, and lore are all nice, but little will compare with smacking my head against door frames when I walk around.

I have scoured your post and find nothing wrong with it.  So no.

I noticed the torturer called her "little bird." Good to know she's made a name for herself.

For some reason I really like the guy calling her "little bird". Not sure why though...

Leliana from the Heroes of Dragon Age. Heroes in HoDA have four levels of power, each represented by a different armor.

You know you're dealing with quality character design when upgrades are signified with shoulder pads and plunging necklines.

I love her third armour design. Except I would remove the shoulder pad.

Don't forget silly hats.

I also don't mind the plunging neckline.

Lets not forget stupid hats. She is almost unrecognizable as Leliana in the last one.

I'm so glad they chose not to use this for Leliana

But I did see assets from Heroes of Dragon Age in the game

I like the trenchcoat armour idea, but the plunging neckline is really impractical for combat.

Maybe rank in the chantry is signified by depth of neckline?

I like Leliana's boobies. I like them nice and safe, not slashed open or impaled. I'm considerate that way.
