I want a scene with Leliana, Morrigan and Alistair all reminiscing about the 'good old days.'

Didn't Aimo make a fanart about a similar idea, only with dwarves instead of elves? It was heartbreaking, though.

You could also wait and see whether the context actually applies. How do you know you lead anything at that point? How do you know Leliana serves you at that point? Be careful of your assumptions... particularly when it comes to a plot that you're only half-seeing, and during which we removed any portions of the dialogue that were too spoilery.
Could the underlined be an answer to the whole "Leliana's final appearance is spoilery" thing earlier, as in it is spoilery because it shows her not as part of the Inquisition yet?
How she wasn't part of inq if inq send her to the redcliff and that was mentioned as one of decision that resulted in her being tortured.Not mention that she had armor inquisition (however they said that it wasn't final model for her).

Which would be pretty much impossible to tell as that was up to player. 
Has Leliana always had blue eyes?
Supposedly, but they looked green sometimes depending on the angle and lighting.

If you missed recruiting Leliana, told Morrigan to leave as soon as you got to lothering, and had alistair become a wandering drunk the only dialogue is Leliana saying how nice it is to meet them and Alistair failing to recognize morrigan.
Has Leliana always had blue eyes?
They couldn't seem to make up their minds on whether or not they wanted to be blue or green in DA:O, but they were a pretty strikingly blue colour in DA2.
I am currently replaying DA:O as I only had version 4.0 to account for Awakening. But I upgraded to version 5 for this playthrough and noticed how additional dialogue to certain conversations had been added.
Also reinstalling Sappho's Daughters Origins (which has also been improved) makes the game even better.

I'd like for Leliana to tell the Inquisitor that a Human Mage Warden was a noble from the Free Marches as well, and ask if they knew the Amells at all, provided a Human Inquisitor is from Kirkwall.

And in the screenshots released for DAI they looked brown, but we were told that was a bug. Perhaps that's the reason for the delay, they are fixing her eye colour and upgrading them to shoot lazer beams yunno if you were foolish enough to continuously mock her devotion to the Maker. It's possibru.
