Was it because of the Divine telling Celene through Leliana that if she wanted help with the Mages she would need to do something about the Elves because Leliana makes it clear she was on the side of the elves. Leliana in TME makes me ship her harder with Elven wardens.

 

I'm thinking Leliana will be one of the few humans around in DA:I that would support an elven Inquisitor who wished to use their position of power to bring about positive changes for elves.

 

Maybe more than some of the elven companions...mainly thinking of Sera here as she seems to care mostly about making $$ (from what we know of her).

In DAO with the tactic slots, I was able to make Leliana switch to duel daggers when she gets attacked by melee enemies. Other than that she was mainly an archer

Well that wont matter because she's an NPC in the new game... well we're 99.9 percent sure of that.

That Mass Effect movie with Vega made me lose all hope that Bioware can ever make anything but games at decent quality.

Yes they have. Personally I found it a bit of a struggle to get through the Calling and Asunder, but I enjoyed Stolen Throne and Masked Empire.

 

I liked all the comics, though I still feel like Maric's "legend" has been somewhat diminished in my head.

With Cassandra, Gray Warden Commander and Ironbull being warriors, Vivienne and Solas as mages, Varric and Seras acting as ranged rogues, it seems we are lacking melee rogues. I guess Leliana and maybe another will fill out that role, because I want to have her as a companion and romance option again.
