But in portal 2 you learn that she was a person who was forcefully uploaded/morphed into an AI so techinically in metagame you are at the very least committing an act of violence towards another being with some form humanity

I payed absolutely no attention to DA:O marketing other than the one CG trailer, so I had pretty much no opinion on anybody going in. I was probably better off that way, knowing 'big dude with dreadlocks' 'spider girl' and 'redhead.' :S

Now your struggles involve installing heatsinks properly.

 

I payed absolutely no attention to DA:O marketing other than the one CG trailer, so I had pretty much no opinion on anybody going in. I was probably better off that way, knowing 'big dude with dreadlocks' 'spider girl' and 'redhead.' :S

 

I didn't play DA:O till 5 months after it was released and I didn't even know a thing about the game other than it had gotten good reviews, so I was also mercifully spared of the god awful marketing material.

 

I also think it's better walking in blind in regards to the characters, no preconceived notions and stuff.

She was human before but i wouldn't say she was after it even if im not sure how they managed upload her and after she was most likely dead but here we would have to go into philosophical dispute .Violence sure but against AI that want kill us and i said you can't rly kill it as it isn't living creature in fact you can at best damage it not destroy as she was as far i renember still active but she had no control over anything.

Bleh, if you feel like upgrading driver software and switching out graphic cards like hotplates that your choice.

 

Doesn't make it superior to a format where you literally just need to pop in a disk and play.
