Huh. So she's in purple and there's some crows behind her. Kind of gives weight to those 4chan leaks from a while back.

 

I'm really happy to see Leliana again. Three of the four love interests from Origins are set to play a major role...kind of makes me wonder about Zevran.

 

But dat Leliana though. She's aged well over the last decade.

Zev has always kind of felt like the odd one out of the four. Not a whole lot you can do to make him plot relevant unless the Crows are involved.

Well, to be fair Leliana's connection to the plot of the original game was only vague, her devotion to the chantry (Which could be changed anyway) was the only thing that made any of her themes relevant to the plot. She didn't really have much of an overall relevance until it was revealed she had become a super secret ninja chantry spy and all that in Da:2, so there's no saying that that couldn't happen with Zev.

 

However, that last shot on the new trailer seems to show off who will be all the companions, and no one there looks like Zev - We might have even seen him on concept art like we did Leliana before we even realized (http://img3.wikia.no...oom_concept.jpg - top right corner, look at the hooded girl), so right now the chances are slim for anything other than another cameo or, at most, a one-quest-apperance.

Magical Ashes! But yes, I want an explanation for that. Nor for the beheading part, mind you. That was just an animation, the same you could behead Loghain in the duel and then he would wait for you to decide his fate, despite losing his head two seconds before that.

Let's wait for a DA game set in Antiva. We haven't seen it and still looks much more interesting than our "seven years" in Kirkwall.

Glad to see one of my favourite characters making comeback. Leliana was lovely and had an excellent voice actress. She won't be a LI, not going to happen, hopefully only a companion.

She always had a permanent slot in my playthroughs. Her DA2 appearance was short but sweet. But now? Wow.

She looks like she did in the Sacred Ashes CGI trailer

 

Leliana was one of the few face changes that I liked and it seems like that's the case for a lot of people, so even if it seems weird that they'd change it again, it does make sense that they might as well go all in now that they can actually replicate her as she was originally revealed.

 

That last shot seems to imply she'll be a companion or someone close to that. oh mah gawd

I disagree. I think she looks mostly like her DA2 version. The Sacred Ashes Leliana had a really round face, deep red hair and icy blue eye. Here we see her traditional oval face, that I think looks sharper because of the angle of which we see it from, but the basic bone structure is similar. The hair is her normal orange color and her eyes are that darker deeper blue in the games.

I agree that  for those who attempted to kill her should get some kind of explanation beyond what we got in DA2. But it's not really something relevant to me. Seeing as how I love Leliana and didn't kill her...

No you are not. Personally I don't really care if she is, or isn't. I wouldn't mind like a fling type of thing.  But I don't think we should get another full on romance from her. I think that the new companions deserve that spot far more.  

 

I just want to know if she still has feelings for my Warden... she better

Seriously though, I already brought up this in my previous posts but was I the only one who saw this? 

 

 

Look at the right top corner - It's definitely her. I don't think I ever saw anyone pointing this out in all the time this image has been out, and I myself didn't notice just until now, but it's so obvious, I don't understand how I didn't notice (Though, admittedly I didn't really look at the concept arts for this game much - I'm not a fan of their look).
