In terms of looks the card most closely resembles the Sun, with the rays and the figure on the horse below. The red flag could be her red hood.
And the optimism part of the Sun arcana would fit for the Leliana we know and love from DAO, but I don't know how well it fits Left Hand Leliana.
Still, she's probably the Sun.

It feels like one, though. Something dark, with a naked woman... And it's not like every card we've seen so far looks exactly like that of a common deck:
I'm not saying it's a 100% match, but her card is disturbing somehow. But of course, given the swords that surround her it can also be something from the minor arcana.
Most modern Tarot cards annoy me. The artists are rarely interested in expressing the meaning(s) of the card, and more interested in making something cool/sexy looking. The Devil card is about bondage to the material world: how greed, addiction, lust, and/or spiritual laziness prevent us from growing as individuals.

If we're talking about her "I've been comrades in arms with elves" line, she could have just been talking about Zevran and Sketch.
Mind you, I interpreted it as talking about the Warden in that way too because I was inserting my own canon into it.

I always go into DA:O saying I'm going to do something different but it always ends up being female Dalish/Leliana and I can't see anything else. :S

Yeah that part.. but I read it from the perspective of the Bioware cannon/default state. I mean sure, friends being elves would make her feel bad, but if the default warden was her lover; than it would make even more sense. It also gives a good contrast to Marjolines betrayal. Marjoline betrays Lelliana for selfish reasons, warden *possibly* promises to stay with her, and then betrays lelliana for selfless reasons.
Just my thoughts on it though..
