Question: I heard that Leliana commits suicide if she is in love with the Warden and he dies at the end of the game. Is this true?
She commits suicide in one of the DA:O epilogues. IIRC it triggers when she is romanced, the Warden went the ultimate sacrifice route, and Leliana was unhardened.
That epilogue can be considered retconned however, considering she shows up in DA2 and DA:I. Her DA2 and DA:I appearances render it non-canon.

When she sings "In Uthenera" the first time, especially since my Warden was an elven mage and fresh from saving Dalish clan in Brecillian forest. It was a really fitting and very touching moment. I was just stunned how fitting it was. I also absolutely love Aubrey Ashburn's vocal.
I have to close my eyes or walk out of the room. I just can't watch without laughing.

I sorta liked busting her chops over the ideas she has about elves and how they were treated in Orlais, also telling her I was gonna stay up and write in my journal totally oblivious to her bedroll hinting. Always makes me laugh those moments. And her back and forth bickering with Morrigan too, love that banter.

If i had to say my second favorite moment with Leliana in DAO was when she tried to explain that "vision" of hers.
It's always good for a quick laugh if nothing else.

I've always liked when she told the story of Elindra and her soldier.
Also about what she says's about the stars just before it. I wonder if she still feels at all the same way about them...
Non-romance moment: the story of Bon-Bon. "I thought he was a diseased rat and kicked!" had me in stitches.
Romance moment: "He was not ogling me, was he? Was he really ogling me?" She sounds so hopeful. Again, LMAO.
Though the 'shut up kiss' is a close second. 
My favorite was when she and the Warden was talking about "forbidden fruits" in the Chantry.
Warden: What about your fruits? Are they forbidden?
Leliana: M-my fruits? N-no, their not technically forbidden, but they're not given away freely either. Not everyone can have a bite. I can't believe I'm having this conversation.
