Considering Isabela and Aveline as well as Miranda and Jack eventually became somewhat comfortable with each other, I can imagine something like that for Morrigan and Lels.

Probably, Still her right to view it however she wishes to.
If she still views Leliana as an oddity for it, i wouldn't blame her.
In fact i think that would actually add depth to the character, she has her own view on even sexuality

in Origins, we had a former assassin who we recruited after he tried to murder us in cold blood, who openly admits he's got enough skill with poison that we'd never even notice he'd slipped it in our food until we started keeling over. And we had a Golem with a psychotic hatred of birds, who gets warm and giddy feelings thinking about squishing things, could crush every bone in your body for simply looking at her the wrong way and who never ever needs to sleep... so sweet dreams!
But I think the Warden was just kind of quirky like that in their choice of friends. In Awakening they even joked to Nathaniel Howe that practically every single one of their friends has tried to kill them at one point or another.

It wasn't, But given most of my PC's never recruited those that would put personal business above the cause, most of them never got recruited.
Seriously who takes in a defective Golem and an Assassin whom you first meet trying to kill you?
.-. If those are you two examples, then i have to say most of my groups didn't include them.
