I could officially say I've seen everything.

You can refer to a relationship, and she chooses to tell you.

 

But from the VA's own admission, she isn't who she was even back in DA 2.

 

She doesn't seem the type to bring up the past during the middle of a crisis.

 

Beyond that the VA already said she might warm up to the PC a bit and she stressed "maybe".

Where did Leliana's VA talk about her character? And didn't Leliana tell a complete stranger about her love?

I don't know about her VA, but her writer said some stuff in the character interview. Here's the relevant part:

 

[DA]: How has her personality changed since her introduction to the series?

[SC]: Those who played Dragon Age: Origins might remember Leliana as a cheerful, optimistic young woman who tried her best to do what she thought was right. It’s now ten years later, and lots of things have happened. She’s not as carefree. Even if she wanted to show that side of her personality, she can’t.

[DA]: Why’s that?

[SC]: She’s a high-ranking member of the Inquisition with a great deal of responsibility, and she has to present herself a certain way for the Inquisition’s sake. However, if you prove that you're trustworthy, and that you understand where she's come from, she might let her guard down a little.

If the Inquisitor is nice and treats her well, she might reveal some bits and pieces throughout the game, if she does at all. She may not reveal private stuff about her and the Warden, but may reveal how the Warden was able to bring together everyone to defeat the Archdemon

If the subject of the Warden comes up during the game, I don't see why Leliana would hide the existence of a relationship.  And from what's been said it seems like the Warden has a fairly high chance of coming up.  Plus it's easy fanservice to mention a romance.

 

Though I don't know if I really "get" DAI Leliana, since she doesn't really seem much like DA:O Leliana.

Corinne Kempa has not said anything about Leliana other then she thought the script was interesting and that she might have to play the game.

...Me ten years ago...2004 i was going through basic.

 

Now here i am two wars later, on three different types of medication, i see a counselor and therapist twice a month and i am obsessed with Anime and collecting firearms.

 

I have also been involved twice with the same sex...

 

I would be alien to myself ten years ago.
