Well the warden is bound to have at least another 20 years or so left on the clock before he/she succumbs to the taint. Whereas as Blackwall, dude must be on the way out. *Thane romance senses tingling*

I'm pretty sure it's been said that the time for the Calling is inconsistent with how long it takes, and that Wardens made during a Blight tend to kick the bucket sooner, from closer contact to the Archdemon, or something.

 

Though I'm not sure about the last one.

Yup, Wardens during the Blight have the taint process going faster during that period. We don't know if every Warden or those close to the Blight, but our Warden was there, so he/she surely had some years taken away.
And Snook is right on the 30 years as well. Not every Warden succumbs to the taint acts 30 years. Various factors influence the lifetime, like Willpower (or the Blight).
So it's likely that the Warden has less then 20 years left.

To be fair, the Me team is not the same as the DA team. I don't remember DA having that much of a fiasco in the relationship department.

In my epilogue (DA:O) it said Leliana stayed with her loved one (me)...for a while at least. What happened later is anyones guess. But it bugs me not to know.

Leliana believes in True Love transcending death and would therefore stick to her ME1 romance.  Who'd probably be Liara.

 

Though she seems to like tragedy in her love stories, so maybe she'd have the ME1 LI die on Virmire and then hook up with Thane.
