Yeah, she might as well be another character for how young she looks.Also agreed.
Morrigan definitely looks a bit younger than she appeared in Origins. I think that image Snook linked depicts a more natural evolution of her appearance--much more so than what we saw in the trailer.
It just shows that nothing is really set in stone until the game ships. Cassandra is also said to have been tweaked somewhat.
As an ace myself, it disturbs me that: someone could possibly be so confused as to think Lelliana is a-sexual. Lelliana is clearly, a bisexual, who leans strongly more towards women.( I even suspect, that, originally she was meant to be gay, but for whatever reason they changed it.)Buhwa? Leliana...asexual... I'm not taking anything they say with a grain of salt unless it can be said without some weird "sort of" at the end of it. They have been so wishy washy about the warden its very odd that they would suddenly give us an "answer"

If anything, I hope there's at least some implication the Warden was hanging around at Skyhold for a bit or something, while the Inquisitor was off somewhere else.
