Gudamn it snook, spoiler tag that stuff! I didint want to know what lelliana said about a dead warden before the game came out...Hi!
Well, the Warden went AWOL some time after act 3 of DA2, for one. It seems Leliana and co. were looking for them to no avail. However the Warden was stated to have an 'off-screen presence and a quest revolving around them' in DAI, so it's likely Leliana will have something special if she was the Warden's lover. Especially if it's a war table quest, which Leliana is heavily involved in. Perhaps Leliana can be sent to find them? We'll find out soon enough.
In my case, I'm going to have trouble believing my Warden would sit on the sidelines too, so I hope the explanation as to why she isn't with the Inquisition is a good one. She left the Wardens to be with Leliana at the end of Awakening, supposedly, so I've gotta wonder what's preoccupying her now.
Also, from this article. (I'd advise against reading it, spoilery.It was in a conversation with Leliana, one of the handful of returning characters from previous games, that I realized the huge mistake I had made. I asked her to tell me about The Warden, the unnamed main character from the first game. "He died fighting the Archdemon," she told me wistfully.
I assume that dialogue will change depending on her relationship.

Pretty sure it was a pretty heavily paraphrased snippet anyway, so it doesn't really tell you a hell of a lot...other than the fact that a scene everybody probably knew was going to happen exists...

Hey u guys is there any reason to actually play dragon age 1 and 2 since the Keep is up? Believe it or not I have never actually played any of the games thru I've just watched YouTube walkthroughs. Is there any reason I should check them out myself or is it kinda pointless now? I mean they are not using the same type of carry over process like The MASS EFFECT series 
What should I do?

I'd definitely recommend DA:O at least. Obviously you don't need to play it, since the Keep allows you to configure your DA:I world state however you like without a save import. But it is one of Bioware's best RPGs.
DA2 is mostly skippable. Only play it if you really love DA:O and want to see how an imported save affects the sequel.

Origins especially.
It's a great journey by itself.
And no bugging about! The entire Ultimate Edition, for the extra goody of the base-game add-ons (ie DLCs like Wardens Keep, Stone Prisoner and Return to Ostagar) and Awakening/Witch Hunt. Golems of Amgarrak are not bad, but they're nowhere near vital to the story.

Play the previous games,because they are awsome. Play DA2 for one reason: Sarcastic Hawke.

As a Morrimancer, I'd love a scene between Leli and the OGB even when he is just the son of a close friend. It should be impossibly adorable.I wonder how a romanced Leliana would react to finding out the Warden had a child with Morrigan.

I know you guys have probably dealt with 200+ pages of mentioning this already, but Leliana looks so..different. Much prettier for what its worth, not just a new graphical engine jump but her whole face looks different, at the same time though she looks hardened, aged in a way.
I approve of the redesign.
