Eh even with the confimation that the relationship continues with her as Divine, it just doesn't sit well in my stomach with her being Divine and having a relationship. Being the most important figure in all of Thedas and dealing with all the termoil that the Mage Templar War, Corypheus and the Inquisition along with her drastic changes to the Chantry, Templars and Circles, all I can see is work becoming way too important for her.
Cassandra seems to be (in my eyes.) The best candidate for being Divine. She seemed to be the perfect leader, heck everyone thought she would be the Inquisitor when the Inquisition started. She is the one that started it, she had the gall to break away from the Chantry and cast their ire upon her to start it. She did what was best for the original ideas that Andraste instilled and what Justinia wanted. She didn't care about all the bull that the Chantry was spewing out what she wanted was what her faith guided her to.
Leliana is way too drastic, too many changes in 1 go will have big negative repercussions. What Justinia was trying to do although failed was the way to go, you slowly change things and everyone can get accustomed to it. Change too many and people are scared, confused, they will get violent to the changes. Leliana's way of enforcing the changes also doesn't help. Being one which silences dissent and threatens those who argue against her isn't the way to go. That is just letting future divines know they can be Tyrannical in their approach.
I still really love the idea of the Warden and Leliana travelling together across Thedas helping people. I actually wouldn't be surprised with a Divine Cass that Leliana would be offered to be the hand of the Divine again. But with Unhardened Leliana I can tell that she would deny it. She says she has to look to her heart first, be herself first and not spymaster, hand of the divine, or bard.
That is unless the Warden is offered to be a Hand as well
