And DAI Lelliana is clearly hardened, regardless of what happened in Origins. And hardened Leliana is a libertine. Hell, she'll jump into bed with Zevran, whom she doesn't seem to be too fond of before hardening her.

Only if the Warden consents to that. She doesn't sleep around behind their back.

Even when she was a bard we saw Leliana disapproved of Marjolaine jumping into bed with anyone else.

Not necessarily. In DAI she has been in service to the Divine for years as a spy and assassin. She is hardened but it could be a different way. In DAO it was 'if you like it do it' (double interpretation there...). In DAI it's more 'if it's in your way remove/destroy it'. She's much more goal oriented and driven in DAI.

Leliana quite probably would find Bull attractive - he certainly ticks the "dangerous" box, and she's fairly adventurous.

But of course she's not going to cheat on the Warden. And she seems to feel the need to keep a bit more distance nowadays, I guess as a result of her position. Aside from Josephine, anyway.

And there's probably a part of her wondering if she'll need to have Bull killed as a Qunari agent, at least until his quest comes up.

Well, in my Warden's case...definitely not that one.

Leliana is nowhere near as promiscuous as people seem to think she is. Marjolaine, Warden...she evidently commits 100%, even if she is open to fun now and then provided they're there too.

Agree very much doubt she's the bed hopping type. In a committed relationship a hardened Leliana is just more adventrous.

Sometimes if you rapidly switched between Leliana, Morrigan and Oghren you could get all three of them laughing at once. It was simultaneously hilarious and disturbing, especially when they were all covered in blood.

lol I never got that. what was weird was having Leli do that laugh and then switching to Morrigan and she does her little giggle. I was playing a female elf so I was like...I guess she's pleased with the friendship lol.

also, remember when she first joined your party and you had her unlock something and she'd do that heavy annoyed sigh? A few story progressions later and it's "you need me?"

I do remember pretty much all of her little conversation starters as her relationship progressed. :S

Of course I am. But we should move on.

...ahhh, DAI has made me want to play DAO again too. Probably with the exact same character as always. Can't seem to get into any Wardens other than her.

I love that line, especially because she does that little step/lean when she says it. I wish sweet and attentive was flipped with I'm here for you.

I think my favourite bit of Leliana dialogue in the series is still the elf-specific one.

 

The way she realizes that, while she isn't racist by any means, her upbringing has kind of ingrained a way of thinking into her head that ended up being unintentionally offensive, and actually APPROVES if you call her out on it, was pretty much what sealed her as my favourite character in the game. It wasn't a romance moment, but as far as my Warden goes I think it was probably a key moment for her starting to feel that way. :3

Ahh Leli...even in DAI you're still my fav. But we have to talk about this you being the Divine thing...Or rather Kallian would like a word with you.

Leliana will always be my favourite Divine. To me, it was an affirmation of everything right that could have been possibly done with the Chantry, and a victorious slap in the face for the nay-sayers and doubters.

There are good and bad arguments to be made about all of the candidates. Personally im still torn on whether Cassandra or Leliana is the better choice , but when it comes to Leliana, her ideas of opening the Chantry to races other than humans appeal very much so for me. My Inquisitor Adaar probably gives some credibility to that idea aswell

The part I like best about Divine Leliana is that she re-dedicates the Chantry to charity. I mean, the Chantry is supposed to fund and manage charitable works according to lore, but fails miserably to do so in canon. (Just look at the big fat zero they do for the impoverished Ferelden refugees in Kirkwall, leaving it up to individual charitable merchants like Lirene's to do all the work) I always thought Leliana's ideas about the Chantry in Origins made it sounds like an institution you'd actually want to worship at, rather than an institution you were simply born into.
