I have only noticed it now, but can I say how sexy Leliana's hips have become?
Or are it her thighs?

I think that's just DA:I having better character models for women. DA:O was ... yeah...

I think one of my favorite things in the game related to Leliana was definitely the letter I got from my warden.
My warden was Dalish and the fact that she acknowledged that my Inquisitor was also Dalish was a really nice touch.
Indeed.
Kinda wish Leliana had a comment about the Dalish Warden if the Inquisitor is Dalish too, tbh.

Yeah I was a little disappointed that didn't happen as well.

There is the better character models to consider, or course, but Leliana has this habit of leaning forward over various surfaces too. Leli be strutting her stuff! ![]()

Thighs Milan92...I made the mistake of calling them hips from a thread a long time ago now...and got corrected.. 'they are thighs' ![]()

Personally disagree. I'll be softening my non romanced leliana but my canon alive warden leliana lover will be very happily with ruthless version.
Fair enough, different strokes for different folks, and all that.Thats an intresting combination, that I honestly diidn't think of.

I mean, once we are given options such as making Leliana the Divine, there is not much they can do to her character, except have her as Divine, along with two other characters.
The characters we could make rulers in DAO, such as Alistair, Loghain, and Anora, pretty much got glorified cameos (except for Anora...only two lines
Then again, we had the option to kill Leliana in DAO, and thankfully she got a full character arc!

Can't just make her go and drop lines like "And when the Inquisition has no further need of me, I will join her. For good this time." and not respect that. That'd suck.

I'd be sad to not see her again, yeah, but the other alternative would probably bum me out more, honestly.

Yes....Leliana will be sorely missed that's for sure. But if we could just have a hint that she is with her beloved, that will make us all happy knowing that.

Or that she has made a personal memorial, for a dead warden.

I'd be curious about the ballad she wrote for the dead Warden. That counts as a memorial for me, but it's never mentioned anywhere. According to the Origins epilogue, it's supposedly known throughout Thedas, though Leliana herself only performed it once.

Omg, I completely forgot about that..Damn, it's a shame it didn't come up in inquisition, it would have been awesome for a bard in the tavern to be singing it.

Well they already took a step in that direction when they made her say "My place is and always will be here" at the end of my game. ![]()
Anyway I remember Sheryl Chee saying it was tricky to keep Leliana "herself" while respecting all the player's choices that affected her character in the past, and after DAI this can only be more complicated. So I agree, it's unlikely we'll see Leliana in future games if not in a very small role. There's still hope for a DLC though.

Like I said before, I imagine that line is just an oversight rather than anything else. It only occurs in Vivienne's ending.

They managed to have her make sense, no matter the circumstance (except that one some mentioned above, if you kill her while romanced). Even if the Warden didn't die, I can still see Wynne's death affecting her hard. So when she's sad about Justinia dying, she's reminded all over again about people dying.. and how the Maker just seems to demand everyone's blood.

Seriously. We get a song about Sera of all people, but not about the person whose sacrifice ended the Fifth Blight? And if that bard belts out Empress of Fire one more time when I go visit Cole, I will ... do something that my spirit buddy will probably disapprove of.
I'd have loved a special scene with Leliana performing that ballad for her closest friends among the Inquisition, maybe on the eleventh anniversary of the Battle of Denerim. Between Hawke this and Hawke that, and various references to and from a surviving Warden, a little nod to the folks who chose the sacrifice wouldn't have been amiss.
