Interesting that the angel wings have peacock feathers. Nice little details with the crows in the background, the Andraste's Grace and the arrows. I have to wonder about the skeletal hands though...

Just a bunch of pissed off Viviennes.

I was wondering about that myself. No clue what it's supposed to convey but cool nonetheless.

Well, if we interpreted this to be Leliana as Divine, it could be all the people she kills if hardened.

Or the unscrupulous people who tried to use her for their own purposes.

Or the hands represent Chantry traditions. Many are gone (skeleton hands) while some remain (fleshed hands).

I thought of the hardened Leliana bit. It would make sense if that's how the artist intended it.

I like the arrows too. Two held by the fletching, two held by the point. The blood she spills stains her hands.

It could also refer to her past, we know she killed/helped killing a lot of people as bard and Left Hand. But I like your interpretations more, especially the last one.

I think it's showing a Leliana who prevailed all throughout the death that came on her path, before, during as well as after Inquisition, depending on the player's choices. And maybe how her faith stands through all that. Though it would suggest more of a softened than a hardened Leliana.

It's gorgeous though.

I like the second and third interpretation you made.

I think while drawing the picture, the artist had softened Divine Leliana in mind. It all fits actually. :)

I just realized today... Does anyone else get a slight Leliana's Song vibe from "Nightingale's Eyes"?

I mean the DLC.

Yeah it has the same melody of this song

from the DLC. My heart skipped a beat when I first heard it

Same thing with "Rise" and the DAO main theme.

That's an awesome touch, IMHO.

A bard song about "Sister Nightingale" having a similar melody to the character's DLC OST.

It seems only Sera and Leliana got their own songs. When I first heard them I though all companions would get one. :P

And I wish Leliana's song would have been sung in french/orlesian as well.

Looks like it, judging by the green glow. Still... rawr!

Yeeeeah...

Except for the whole "It's actually a demon" bit, beautiful woman.

Beautiful eyes...

Still, I didn't quite think much of the Templar quest in comparison to In Hushed Whispers.

Wish they didn't scrub the original idea completely... Just the questionable bits.

I hardly even noticed she has freckles now until just a little while ago.

Isn't "Enchanter" about Vivienne? I was sure of it.

Oh, damn. You just suggested the possibility of Sera getting a DLC akin to Leliana's Song.

Hurry, run, I'll cover you from the haters!

I... don't think so?

Fiona, maybe? Uh... Let me think.

EDIT:

Enchanters! - someone's adressing the Enchanters of the circles.
The time has come to be alive - to be alive...?
In the Circle of Magi, where we will thrive - right, IN the Circles.
With our brothers. - this means together

Enchanters remind
That time will not unwind. - suggesting the events of In Hushed Whispers?
The dragon’s crooked spine,
Will never straighten into line. - could these two lines suggest that a wrong will never become right, no matter how much it tries to change?

What we plea will be
A faithful end decree, - this says something about pleading about the end of something? End of the Circles? There is some sort of decree regarding the Circles, that much I remember.
Where a man will not retreat
From the defeat of his fathers. - ancestral mess up? Could this be referring to how the Mages lost their freedom to the Chantry?

Enchanters!
A time has come for battle lines. - Battle lines. This speaks of war. Vivienne wants the war to end, things to return to the old. Fiona is the one who suggested they turn away from the Circles, or allowed the vote at least.
We will cut these knotted ties,
And some may live and some may die. - Cut ties - with the Chantry? Some may live, some may die - in the Mage-Templar war.

Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to see
Can-a you, can-a you come to see,
As you once were blind - the person the singer is "speaking" to is no longer blind - the Mages turned away from the Chantry... link?
In the light now you can sing? - "You can now sing, because you're free" (in the light could be interpreted as freedom)
In our strength we can rely, - yup, talking about the war, and replying to oppression by strenght the way I see it.
And history will not repeat. - a line about not being crammed into the Circles again?

Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to see
Can-a you, can-a you come to see,
As you once were blind
In the light now you can sing?
In our strength we can rely,
And history will not repeat. - this entire bit is a repeat of the previous.

You're right, it's likely about Fiona and the rebel mages. I had only considered the first verse, but the rest of the song clearly has nothing to do with Vivienne. :P

I would be happy about it, actually. We know next to nothing about Sera's past (even less than what we knew of Leliana's past at the end of DAO) so it would be cool to get a whole DLC about her.

I took it during the end celebration, maybe she was. Frankly, smoking some elfroot might do her good. :P

Every time I hear this joke I become more convinced that elfroot is the Thedas equivalent of opium and doesn't heal so much as numb pain. So those healing potions are basically morphine. That's why they act so fast.

That's the same expression she had when she talked with my Inquisitor about becoming Divine. Her monologue was pretty convincing but her final "In your heart shall burn an unquenchable flame!!!11!" line had me a little worried

I head canon that somewhere along the line, she has a moment to stop and smell the elfroot. hey the devs started this with that book in the witch hunt dlc. I cannot unsee.
