It seems only Sera and Leliana got their own songs. When I first heard them I though all companions would get one.
And I wish Leliana's song would have been sung in french/orlesian as well.
Oh, damn. You just suggested the possibility of Sera getting a DLC akin to Leliana's Song.
Hurry, run, I'll cover you from the haters!
Loooove the freckles
Isn't "Enchanter" about Vivienne? I was sure of it.
I... don't think so?
Fiona, maybe? Uh... Let me think.
EDIT:
Enchanters! - someone's adressing the Enchanters of the circles.
The time has come to be alive - to be alive...?
In the Circle of Magi, where we will thrive - right, IN the Circles.
With our brothers. - this means together
Enchanters remind
That time will not unwind. - suggesting the events of In Hushed Whispers?
The dragon’s crooked spine,
Will never straighten into line. - could these two lines suggest that a wrong will never become right, no matter how much it tries to change?
What we plea will be
A faithful end decree, - this says something about pleading about the end of something? End of the Circles? There is some sort of decree regarding the Circles, that much I remember.
Where a man will not retreat
From the defeat of his fathers. - ancestral mess up? Could this be referring to how the Mages lost their freedom to the Chantry?
Enchanters!
A time has come for battle lines. - Battle lines. This speaks of war. Vivienne wants the war to end, things to return to the old. Fiona is the one who suggested they turn away from the Circles, or allowed the vote at least.
We will cut these knotted ties,
And some may live and some may die. - Cut ties - with the Chantry? Some may live, some may die - in the Mage-Templar war.
Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to see
Can-a you, can-a you come to see,
As you once were blind - the person the singer is "speaking" to is no longer blind - the Mages turned away from the Chantry... link?
In the light now you can sing? - "You can now sing, because you're free" (in the light could be interpreted as freedom)
In our strength we can rely, - yup, talking about the war, and replying to oppression by strenght the way I see it.
And history will not repeat. - a line about not being crammed into the Circles again?
Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to me
Enchanter, come to see
Can-a you, can-a you come to see,
As you once were blind
In the light now you can sing?
In our strength we can rely,
And history will not repeat. - this entire bit is a repeat of the previous.
