More so if she was with you in Redcliffe in DAO, I can see why she not happy at all with what happen there.
Redcliffe....yeah that's where my Warden picked her the Andraste's Grace flower ![]()

I've been replaying Leliana's scenes and I think I was able to understand what she says when she has a knife to Felix's throat.
Alexius says "Let him go and I'll get you what you want." And she answers "I want the world back."
Ah, that's what she said. They were talking over it, I had to strain to hear it. At first I heard 'I want the Warden back' and I jumped a bit.

He was Tevinter. It's never wrong to kill a Tevinter, from what I hear.
Just don't tell the Dorian fans I said that.
Seriously, tough? Justinia is dead and now Alexius did something that all but turned Redcliff into the Fade; it's the second time that town was destroyed. She is, rightfully and understandably, pissed.
I guess I just don't want to believe Leliana would be capable of doing probably the cruelest thing you could do to a parent simply out of anger and malice.

Killing someone who is trying to cause massive damage to the world and people is cruel? what.

Well they had a good 10 years to live if so.

I think Alexius did something to his son actually, he looks practically lifeless in the demo. Could be a mercy kill.

Like I said it really didn't look like a mercy kill.

It's sort of like when Inigo Montoya answers Count Rugen's attempts at bribery with the line "I want my father back" and then stabs him during Princess Bride.

that is comforting especially that i saved that village so it could prosper and be benefit in long-term pretty much wasted effort into saving this village.Shame that none of those decisions that you made in dao seems doesn't matter in the end.

Of course, if the line actually was "I want the Warden back," that would imply the Warden is dead. Because the mage couldn't possibly fulfill her request, savvy?
Necromancy.

These are the same people who probably just did the same to dozens of families. I'm not going to shed a tear that they got the same treatment. That's not cruel, that's poetic justice. Plus she slits his throat, which is a quick and painless kill. The son deserved far worse.

Someone who used to be a professional assassin killing someone directly involved with seemingly torturing her for X amount of time prior? So OOC.

I think she is doing it out of prudence. Not killing him results in hundreds of deaths. By breaking the Fade over Redcliffe how many innocents died do you think?

Necromancy.
You can't bring back the dead in DA. All you can do is tether a spirit to a corpse.
