And of course the same thing happens if Morrigan is the Warden's LI: she gets her own super secret letter whereas the Inquisitor receives a generic letter that reads like PR double speech instead. You never really know what it's all about.

If they let us read the love letter people would complain "But that's not what my Warden would say, etc..."
Just like how Morriganmancers went all "but my Warden wouldn't write dirty things in his letter to her" in reference to Morrigan's speech after the Contact The Hero Of Ferelden quest when she receives the letter.

As far as my Warden goes, him being concerned about Lels and pleading the Quizzy to look after her was totally in-character for him. So the letter made me more than happy.

My Warden's letter was probably the sappiest thing ever. Because she's the stoic quiet type who's secretly a terrible romantic and pours her heart into this kinda stuff. The Inquisitor would probably get diabetes just from reading it.
My Warden's letter would be a long hopeless romantic fest type of letter. Probably would tear a page from his old journal that he used during the fifth blight as a little momento along with maybe a drawing of himself and her to use as a little picture on her desk.
My Warden who romanced Leliana was a Brosca, I don't know if she ever learned how to write. Her letter was probably a bunch of hearts and some indecipherable nonsense. Inquisitor probably had to squint to know just what the heck her letter to her was saying.

I thought the same with my Warden at one point, because I don't know how practiced a Dalish elf would be at writing anything.
I figure she learned though. Her writing is probably just extremely messy or something. :S
