She would also look great in white, I imagine.
Like an angel!
Yeah, I reckon this mod would look great on her. White and blue.
Unfortunately modding DA:I seems like far too much hassle for my tastes, so I cannot verify. :S

A couple of my friends have been experimenting with mods lately. It sounds like it depends on what kind of mod you're trying to incorporate, but overall the game still feels mod-unfriendly.
Was doing Leliana's personal quest today.
May or may not have taken a metric crapton of dramatic-looking Leliana screenies, because why not. Ended up reminding myself of those old pre-release screens.

More under the cut...cause I took a lot...cause Valence is all photogenic.
Ooooh I really like this one. I think you may have given me a new phone lock screen. ![]()

Oooh, love that one! Her eyes! So intense! ![]()
They do look a bit fierce in the warm light, don't they. :3
Spoiler
Rawr! She's a beauty, alright!
The scene where she threatens Natalie, though... I always laugh a little when she does the little headshake and says 'keep that pretty mouth shut if you must'. She sounds like such a cliche villain when she does that. It seems the dark side is full of ham. ![]()

Laughed at that line too. She's adorable when she's pissed. ![]()

That scene needs a blooper reel!
Take 1
Leliana: Sorry to keep you waiting.
Natalie: *repressing smile*
Leliana: *smirk* Keep that pretty mouth shut if you must, dear.
Natalie: *breaks into laughter*
Director: Cut! Let's try it again, ladies!
Natalie: I'm sorry. It was my fault.
Leliana: Don't worry about it.
Director: Places! 'Confrontation in Valence', take two!
Leliana: Sorry to keep you waiting. Keep that pretty mouth shut if you must, dear. You've already told me everything I need to know.
Inquisitor: You two want to be alone for a while?
Ladies: *dissolve into giggles*
Director: Cut! Ladies, please!
Ladies: Sorry!
Director: *rubs eyes* Everybody take 5!
More bloopers!
Director: Alright. 'Confrontation in Valence', Take 15!
Inquisitor: We can't let her leave, you know that.
Leliana: *evil smirk*
Natalie: I see what you's become.... *fakes accent* and it ain't nothing to be proud of!
Leliana: *loses it*

I wrote a thing with the advisors. The Interlude.

Especially the "school" bit.
So I'm not the only one who headcanon-changed "tea party" to "dinner" because that's much harder for people to dodge. Tea parties are "nonsense", but dinner is a crucial meal after a day's hard work. Even Cullen and Cassandra (who is and remains part of the leadership in my book) and my own anti-tea-party Inquisitor have to bow to that logic.
Gotta give serious credit to Corrine Kempa this game doe. She had way more ranges to do than she did in DAO. Now she's going between that scary!Leliana, hammyscary!Leliana, sad!Leliana, good ol' cutesygiggly!Leliana (sometimes) etc etc. and she manages to pull it off. And sound endearing in all those somehow.
I agree, and I think it shows in the Messenger/War Table banter clips as well, they're a good summary of that. Chapeau to Corinne Kempa, seriously.

That's why I head canon it's a culture clash thing. For Josephine dinner = business while tea party = fun. Leliana is too busy for fun and Cullen, well, a soldier wants more than little cakes and sandwiches to snack on.
Wine will flow in chapter two... Oh, the madness. ![]()

That scene after she finds out about Justinia's last words in the Fade was probably some of the most sincere sounding voice acting in the game. :C

*snip*
I've been taking a break from the BSN these past few weeks/months, but I'm glad I came back today.
sigh

I think theres too much range, and it makes Leliana feel like, well, like Hawke did if you kept switching between tones. Though that's probably down to writing and direction more than the acting.
I have to disagree on that. I think the range (both in the voice acting as well as the character writing) is perfect in the game; it shows Leliana as a conflicted person, not just emotionally (which is inherent to her personal storyline in the game), but personality-wise as well. It's a mix of the old and the new Leliana, an old friend with a new face, a familiar person yet changed, and struggling internally. It's as if she has the proverbial/iconic angels and demons perching on her shoulders.
At least, that's the vibe I got from the game, and it's what the range on her character (like I said, both in terms of voice acting as well as direction/writing) really brings forward.
Just my two cents.
2nd sketch page done
, Again just randomly sketching ideas that pop into my head.
Some Leliana and Morrigan talking out in the garden. Probably will do a 3rd sketch page soon.
Again click image to see larger version.
Say, Snook, I was stari... looking at that picture again:
And a thought occured to me: the side with the fire has shadows while the other has bright sunlight. Symbolism!
All we need is to photoshop an angel and a devil on the appropriate side (that Devil!Marjolaine and Angel!Josephine maybe?).

Don't agree personally but then i never felt there were issues switching between tones between situations with Hawke and i think that the return of hardening/unhardening was one of the best features of DAI.

For the Angel I'd say a romanced Warden...
but yeah Josie works too. Or Schmooples.
Yess.... make the devil and angel both into nugs, one with wings and one with horns. Perfect.

Or have the angel be a nug to represent her more innocent time with the Warden and the devil be a raven to represent her darker self in Inquisiton!
Yess, that would work.
A couple for the Fans

Excellent work as always PickledGear
, I'm liking the outfit Morrigan is wearing in her interaction with Leliana in particular ![]()
