Does anyone know the title for this song? I've been looking for it since I first played the DLC and I never found it. I want to know what that elvish sounding language means.
Sister Nightingale: Leliana in DA:I Appreciation&Discussion (Nope, still not romanceable)

In DA:I it is called Nightingale's Eyes.
Yes, Nightingale's Eyes takes a lot from Leliana's Song DLC theme.
However, it's doubtful the lyrics translate, as Nightingale's Eyes speak of Leliana the Bardmaster. The DLC variation of the song would speak of Leliana during her times as a Bard under Marjolaine, if this logic applies correctly.
Sadly, I could not find the lyrics. Any search for "Leliana's Song" comes up with either the DLC, or In Uthenera.

It's too late now, but a full album containing all the tavern songs was free for download for about three weeks through Feb. 9. It featured that song among the others.

This is sort of how I'd see my HOF returning to a Leliana if she was made divine.Oooh I like this, very cool. I think the Divine in this image is either Cassandra or Vivienne, seeing as Leliana seems to be standing off to the left.
EDIT: Nevermind it's Cassandra, Vivienne is in the audience.
Unannounced in a crowded hall, in full warden plate armour (the one with the blue lining), marching towards the sunburst throne flanked by heralds with Cousland and Warden banners unfurled. Using the full theatrics, power and glory of her rank and position to command everyone's, including Divine Victoria / Leliana, attention. Then kneeling before the Divine and kissing her hand saying, my (emphasis on my) Divine.
I suspect Leliana would be slightly annoyed, slightly terrified and slightly turned on.
Might work even better if the Wardens are exiled.

and that is when the world knows about the Hero of Ferelden who explicitly announces about his/her relationship with Divine Victoria
. I like your interpretation over the fanart for the purpose of headcanon, though I wish there were other origins in which the Warden is belong to the powerful & noble family line such as Cousland.

The HoF is pretty powerful no matter what you do. I still really do not like the idea of Leliana becoming Divine in a Warden romance import but the scandal could be a lot worse. They're not just any Dalish Elf, City Elf, mage, etc.
My Tabris was basically Hand of the King at the end of DA:O, along with Arl of Amaranthine and Commander of the Grey. That's something.

Could this be it?
emma ir abelas
souver'inan isala hamin
vhenan him dor'felas
in uthenera na revas
vir sulahn'nehn
vir dirthera
vir samahl la numin
vir lath sa'vunin
Translated from the elven into English:
elder your time is come
now I am filled with sorrow
weary eyes need resting
heart has become grey and slow
in waking sleep of freedom
we sing, rejoice
we tell the tales
we laugh and cry
we love one more day

No problem. In Uthenera is a beautiful song.
It doesn't matter if you post it (and the lyrics) wrongly. Because you can't go wrong with In Uthenera.

Oh. I'd actually pull up my IPA and write the correct one (or, the one that Merrill uses, which should be correct at least for Welsh accent) but alas, I only have the IPA characters for english as a JPEG table.
And, there's a reason I prefer to write the IPA in hand...

I believe there's like...
Ugh. The IPA uses a zero, divided in half with a line for that.
You know. "th" that's pronounced akin to "f"...
You're a teacher. You must have a basic idea of what I'm talking about.

You're referring to phonetics? I know what you're talking about.
I was being silly though... 'in utero' means 'in the womb'.

I know what "in utero" means. Or, you know. I heard it before, and I know enough to figure out the meaning.
And yeah, I'm referring to phonetics.
You probably know much, much more than I do, though. I mean, you actually graduated college.
I'm just a silly beginner here.

I'm not sure why you are referring to phonetics though... And phonetics were not part of my degree. They came later as on the job training.
What's the issue with the 'th' sound?

Ah, it's used in the pronunciation, as far as I heard/know.
Nevermind, it's not important.

Being aristocrats, the only advantage that Aeducan or Cousland could have is an understanding of the theatre of projecting power and glory.
But in terms of actual power, the HOF is pretty much one of the most powerful individuals in Ferelden and would be hard to ignore across Thedas.

Always loved In Uthenera. Headcanoned she remembered that song because of my Mahariel in part, as well. Imagine she was a bit surprised and touched that she knew an elven song so well. :3
