I always thought Natalya Rudakova looks pretty close tbh.

I know the model was different but If you take her freckles out, she totally looks like Leliana in the Sacred Ashes trailer.Spoiler
*cough*
Leliana in the Sacred Ashes trailer was modeled after a particular someone. And y'know what, maybe Corinne Kempa could actually work visually as well. Just think in red hair, and blue eyes. Humanity has long-since found out how to change the color of both eyes and hair.
(Colored contact lenses, and if you don't know hair can be colored, what planet are you from, again, and how long are you on Earth?)

The first time i watched Transporter 3 was after playing Origins and I had the same thought as Snook.
She even looks more closer to that Leliana than the actual model they used.
I see nothing wrong with it.

Yeah, but I doubt that she as an actress could actually play Leliana or have that accent. Otherwise sure.

Snook already came up with this? Why am I even surprised, the man's just as clever as great his love for Lels.
Unless you're mixing the two of us up. Truth is, we're both men, and truth is, you might mistake both of us for women every now and then...
But I'm the more military type of person from the two of us ![]()

The thing is, Kempa used her natural voice for Leliana (It was strange to hear "Leli" advertise something in the real world a few months ago, heh) and she doesn't look too far off, either. She could pull it off, I've faith.

Oh, it's a great game of it's own right. Some call it a poor Dragon Age, but it's a great game - and certainly a good enough DA.
I just started my first playthrough and I must say that I understand the disappointment...It is such a change. I needed to play a few hours to get used to it ; now I'm really enjoying it (even though I can't choose between Isabella & Merill (that voice
- I was surprised to find out that her voice actress was one of the main character in Broadchurch)). I kinda like the non-epic story and the big city of Kirkwall.

Urgh... Funny, I don't know why, but I can't stand that version of Leliana. Still, I like Natalya Rudakova

I wonder if they ever will make a TV series about Dragon Age...
Mike Laidlaw has mentioned something about a TV series on HBO but that's just about it. There have been rumors circling around about The Witcher TV series in the making though...let's see how that goes.
And for you Lelimancers in here, we might be biased but what are the chances of Leliana being the canon romance if a TV series comes into the picture?
If Mike Laidlaw and Patrick Weekes have any significant part in the making she might have a chance.

Instead of orleasian, we would get a Leliana with a russian accent.
I'm already laughing by just imagining it.

Ops, my bad. By "she" i meant Natalia Rudakova.
Anyway you guessed right, on my head i was picturing you as a woman XD Good to know (i'm a woman btw).
Snook was the first one to bring Natalya to the discussion.

She looks different in game. I like both but if i had to choice i would prefer too the ingame model than the one in the trailer.

Yeah, it did look weird.
But I can see what they were trying to do. It should be an younger Leliana, while the In Game model looks the same as her DAO self.

If that happened I'm pretty sure they would choose Morrigan as the canon romance and have the Warden do the dark ritual with her. Oh but they would keep the threesome of course, especially if HBO handles it.
God I really hope tv producers never touch this franchise.

If there were a Dragon Age movie I'd vote for Nora Arnezeder to play Leliana. She's a French actress and singer, and the latter would be important for the part IMO.
She's blonde of course, but you don't necessarily need a natural red head for the part. Dye will do.

You never know. Both Alistair, Morrigan and Leliana have become pretty important to the franchise so we wouldn't know for sure in which direction the producers would take the story. All three romance options are popular and I'd honestly vote for Morrigan's friendship path in a TV series rather than her romance, regardless which gender the Warden is.If that happened I'm pretty sure they would choose Morrigan as the canon romance and have the Warden do the dark ritual with her. Oh but they would keep the threesome of course, especially if HBO handles it.

I wonder what is taking them so long to be done creating DAI's section in the Keep.
Maybe there is another DLC on the way?
Most definitely. We got a hint about the Darkspawn months ago, remember?
Also, the Wolf Hunt, as people like to call it, is still neither confirmed nor denied.

I really want to play it but I didn't yet, waiting for it to end so i can play all chapters in a row. I hate cliffhangers.

Talking about Origins romance's popularity, out of curiosity i checked the rarity of the trophies:

By their rarity Morrigan is the most common romance and Alistair is the lesser one.
This is only on the ps3 version of the game of course. I'm not sure if this would be representative since it shows that not everyone who played DA:O made a romance or even finished the Ostagar part.
I found it interesting.

Gaider said on his tumblr a few months before Inquisition released that Leliana is the most common romance in Origins by a significant margin. I'm not sure where they got the statistics, online polls or by looking at the achievements, I remember a fan once said that they showed romance statistics at a conference in 2013 I think...Talking about Origins romance's popularity, out of curiosity i checked the rarity of the trophies:

Didn't Bioware way back when say that Leliana was the most popular LI?
I remember someone posting it on the BSN at least. Of course, grain of salt and all that. It surprised me to read it that as I'd expect Morrigan to be the most popular, both because of personality (snarky characters are almost always popular) and Claudia Black. Also she's a lot easier to get as a LI than Leliana, and earlier in the game.
EDIT: N/M...N7_Heartfire answered that it was Gaider.
