Sorry, I should have explained myself better I'm searching for screenshots from the game, not from a video, because there is always a quality loss when uploading them, no matter how good is the quality of the video.

I didn't continue with my last playthough so i didn't reach that part yet. I took these screenshots from a FNL video, I think their quality are good enough.

May I ask if anyone could post some screenshots of the slides you get at the end of Trespasser if the Warden romanced Leliana and she is not Divine? These are the only one I am not able to found anywhere. Thank you very much!

Isn't it weird how Marjolaine seems to have done less damage than Justinia? Leliana was more cheery when she used to work for the former.
 

 

I think that is mainly because as a player we primarily see Leliana long after she parted ways with Marjolaine, and the brief glimpse of her life before that is an exaggerated tale being told after the fact by an Unreliable Narrarator. I think we're mostly in the dark about Leliana's life prior to DA:O, with the exception of what she tells the Warden.

 

Even so I'd still bet on Marjolaine being a much worse influence on her than Justinia. Even ignoring the whole betrayal and attempted murder finale to their relationship, Marjolaine was manipulative, completely unscrupulous, and potentially sociopathic. Bards, in addition to being spies, function occasionally as assassins. Given what we know of Marjolaine, would all the contracts she accepted and passed off to Leliana be villainous people deserving of a shank between the ribs, or were some just decent people caught on the wrong side of The Great Game? 

 

Then there is all the whole bit about bards using sex as a tool for spycraft or assassination, something Leliana admits to also having done occasionally. Does that affect her mental state or self-esteem? Hard to say since she only mentions it once, but it is potentially problematic. If it is a problem it would be another check for Marjolaine in the bad influence box.

 

Justinia for all her flaws, seemed to genuinely care for Leliana's well-being in ways that Marjolaine didn't. If Justinia failed Leliana or did more harm than good, it was at least with some good intentions, which is something that can't really be said for Marjolaine. She also never tried to have Leliana whacked.

Am I the only one who thinks that Hardened Leliana > Morrigan in DAO ?

 

Hardened Leliana is down with some unscrupulous stuff and threesome / foursome at the Pearl yet she does not stoop down to the level of wanting to sell poor oppressed people to slavers using blood magic for a small boost.

Both are hypocrites, but at least Morrigan is self-aware and doesn't whine as much as Leliana and she doesn't have personality crisis that continually need to be solved by telling her who she is.

 

Morrigan have much more stronger character than Leliana and by that wins.

I'm definitely not on Morrigan's side when it comes to the end of that quest, but comparing her and Leliana as a whole without taking into account the very different lives they led feels a bit unfair to me.

Of all the defenders stationed by the windmill, Leliana alone had not held the line at the barricade. Instead, as the undead approached, the Orlesian woman fell back to the mill’s second floor balcony, giving her both a commanding view of the area and a burning brazier at her side. The barricade shattered, spilling forth undead like termites from a rotten log, and the knights gave a great shout, thrusting the monsters back. Leliana remained focused, swiftly wrapping a wet cloth around her left hand, before drawing the first of her arrows and plunging the cotton-covered broadhead into the flames. Again, the undead surged forward, and Morrigan sent a wave of force crashing into the front rank, hurling them away. “Pull back!” Sagramor shouted, fearing he had left it too late, but then Leliana’s fire arrow took flight, and the trap was finally sprung.

I did not wish to start another thread, so I thought about asking it here, since it's related to Leliana. I'm replaying Inquisition, and this time around I want to conscript the mages but still want to make Leliana divine. Is that possible at all with Vivienne in the team or should I avoid to recruit her altogether to get this ending?

Yes, it's possible. Besides supporting Leliana, keep the Wardens around and put Briala in charge of Orlais by blackmailing Gaspard. Also, generally badmouth the Chantry when possible and don't say mages should be in the Chantry.

For whatever reason the DA fanart community seems to churn out a lot more cartoonish or anime-inspired stuff than the Mass Effect fanart community, neither of which i'm a fan of. I like the fanart pieces that portray the characters more like real people.
