Still, others talk of tying her up, but you start to talk needles and suddenly you've gone too far.

Yeah, you gotta be careful with her conversations on consoles. I had no prior problems with it but then when I ran another play through I couldn't advance her relationship. Turns out you can't gift-rig her approval to early. Also, I didn't no you could restart the romance.

 

It's a bug, I think.

 

If you say '' She was special to you, wasn't she? '' after her loyalty quest, you re-start the romance.

 

Doesn't make much sense, but I was glad the bug didn't break my game.

I remember thinking that years ago when they brought Leliana back to life. It hadn't occured to me at the time that Anders came back, too, but that could be only because Justice is in his body. Anyone else coming back, though, wouldn't exactly support that idea.
