That's pretty much what I'm using, really. I'm rather fond of vanilla Leliana and I think it keeps her old look intact well enough, just makes her stand out a bit more.

 

I'm not too fond of total appearance overhauls either.

I don't know if this is a different animation (heck, probably from a mod I have somewhere in there.) but it seems to accurately portray the height difference.

 

 

 

Looking at it now, I think it's Alistair's animation. She seems to stand on her toes a bit at the end.

Hair looks pretty amazing in those shots. It's too bad this wasn't the case in the vanilla game.

Yeah, that was basically the first thing I modded. Along with the vanilla game's yellow chompers. Which can't be seen in those screenshots.

I'm superficial like that.

I'd like to imagine Leliana spent much of her time smelling of honeysuckle and lavender. When not freshly covered in head to toe with muck and gore, that is.

People really did only bath once a year in may and hence June became to be known the month to marry in because people still didn't smell that much. The wedding bouquet was heavily perfumed to help against the smell as well.

The Vikings actually bathed once a week on average.

So...at least decent hygiene wasn't entirely unheard of way back when.

Yeah I always assumed Orlesians regularly bathed. The way the talk about Ferelden and Fereldens though I didn't really get the same vibe...

Maybe they eat a lot of garlic and onion, and it sweats out through their pores.

Or they bathe but still less than Orlesians do. The human body can get ripe rather fast if someone is doing hard work.

Modded... Leliana's hair, the Warden's hair, the Warden's armor, Sten's armor (and hair), Leliana's armor, and the swords.

I think after that first kiss when she declares her love in camp, you can't kiss her again and you can't kiss her outside of camp at all. This might be different for an m/f relationship though.

Exactly. And it's not only Vikings. Some people don't know that, in fact, people in the Middle Ages bathed much more often than people during the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Public baths were widely spread and those who could afford had their own bath at home. So yes, Thedosians bathing regularly is actually realistic.

Yeah, I just checked, it's from the Mild Romance Scenes mod. I've lost track of what I have installed at this point. :S

 

And yeah, that's what enables you to initiate it outside of camp. Vanilla, only Morrigan and Alistair seem to have had that for some reason. Though...I couldn't tell you if you can in a m/f Leliana romance. I've never done that before. :S

 

Well, I once for some reason managed to get the kiss outside of the camp to work and it was not modded. Alistair even commented "Aww, how sweet."

That is the one thing that annoyed me to no end about the console version (can't afford a gaming COMP.) Why can't I make out with Leliana wherever I please? Bummer.
