I've heard Corinne Kempa speaking French in commercials, and it made me slightly tingly.

Not sure if it has been brought up here before, but comparing her to say someone like Majorline, I find that Majorline has a much thicker French accent. Maybe it's because of Lelianas time in Ferelden?

Probably. I noticed Kempa made her accent slightly thicker in Leliana's Song. Or, at least I think she did.
It may have also just be because Leliana voice actress is actually French, unlike Marjolaine's - who is pretty much completely overblowing the accent.
