Probably. I noticed Kempa made her accent slightly thicker in Leliana's Song. Or, at least I think she did.
It may have also just be because Leliana voice actress is actually French, unlike Marjolaine's - who is pretty much completely overblowing the accent.

Marjolaine's voice actress was born in New York and voiced the Deville family in the Rugrats and Amanda from Tomb Raider Legend...
Corinne Kempa is actually French and does tons of voice over ad work for France but has also studied English extensively and is perfectly capable of speaking without her French accent. It's funny because a lot of people used to complain about how 'fake' Leliana's accent was when the game first came out...

I watched that particular cutscene again because it had been a while since I'd seen it. I'd forgotten she wasn't the one wielding the chainsaw, but she was rather handy with that rifle.

yeah me too hopefully in DA:I it will be resolved where the warden disappeared to and
maybe Leliana and he/she will reunite and have their happy ending as planned (adventuring together)
I really hope that that option will exist for some (who made the right decisions or something like that)
So I guess Frostbite didn't get the memo this wasn't actually a shooter, you don't turn everything brown here.

People who actually don't know how a French sound when speaking in English will always complain that the accent sound fake. Usually, it's just because they don't like it. There is also a lot of variation, a French Canadian doesn't speak like someone from France in English (best example: Batroc the Leaper in Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie, GSP has such a strong French Canadian accent, but the entire group is supposed to come from France, it was just bad to my ears).
I personally found Leliana's accent really tame even if it is exquisitely French, but then I get to hear natural french speaking people talk in English almost daily so...

Love the new pictures from Leliana (the eye color issue doesn't bother me anyway)! Can't wait to see what she has to say in this game compared to DA:O and I hope we can hear more about her and the Warden. I am hope they will clarify things up on this game.
