No Deluxe Edition for PC? Only Digital Deluxe Edition?
Also, can the digital items be unlocked in-game anyway, without buying a special edition? Some games give instant access to items if you preorder, but you can get the items anyway if you don't preorder. I wonder if it's the same case here.

Its been my experience with bioware games that these items are exclusive to those who pre order. Its DLC so you won't unlock in game. Maybe months later they may make some items available as non exclusive, post launch dlc, but probably not all items.
