How ironic to claim that we're being greedy in the same sentence you openly admit that 99% of Game Developers pale in comparison to what BioWare does, even if they could use some work.

Surely the fact that Bioware aspires to be excellent with regards to stuff like this means that it is even more worthy to point out how they could get better, especially as they would be more likely than most to actually listen?
Besides, I believe that in matters of equality, there is no such thing as greed. It's not greedy to desire people being equal.

I don't.. well, I think most men are sexist. It's engrained in our society. I mean, the important thing is whether you stay complacent and leave things as they are, because well, at least your intentions are good, right? Nothing will change with that sort of thinking. Bioware are leagues ahead of other game companies, but that doesn't mean there isn't always room to improve. If you don't think equal representation is important in our society, I'd be glad to direct you towards some light reading on the issue, because I'm afraid you're sorely mistaken.

Just because someone is much less sexist than others doesn't make them entirely not sexist.
Just like something being much smaller than something else doesn't stop it from existing.
And it is not a false claim: so far the advertising has only included one male. You'[e welcome to show me the videos of the others, however.
Besides, the dev who posted in here said himself that it was a valid point.
And, actually, I have been constructive. I commented on how amazing their cover was, but said that they could have done better with something else related to that issue. I have not gone 'YOU'RE SEXIST AND I DON'T LIKE YOU.'
Why couldn't the Inquisitor have been in a wheel chair too, in support of the handicapped?

People tend to jump to conclusions when it comes to game features and when they don't see something they are expecting to see in a gameplay trailer I think that they become resentful and their criticisms of the game (and to the company) become more personal despite some of the features not being shown that will be available are a "no brainer" so to speak (gender, skin tone, race, etc). I remember people outright refusing to buy WWE'13 if it carried over the terrible skin color options from WWE'12 for Create-a-Wrestler (basically it was a chart with several different colors ranging in intensity and only 3 or 4 actually looked like realistic skin tones the rest looked like Smurfs, Gumby, the Simpsons, etc. The divas still get a raw deal on every end but that's another story...) and they couldn;t make their CAWs look just-so. I wonder if BioWare suddenly put out a couple of different gaming mag ads featuring an Inquisitor of a different sex/race/tone close to launch would it make any difference in the general opinion of wanting/not wanting to buy/play the game because of that?

There is no option for the inquisitor to be handicapped, hence it makes no sense for that to be in the trailer.

What is wrong with your ableism talk seriously just stop. And why not there are already characters with some degree on movement impairment like Joker. I am not seeing how is that invalidates, people waiting to have a more diverse Inquisitor.
