That's the standard edition, the deluxe edition is 69€ which in my opinion is very expensive for only a couple weapons and mounts. I will wait until they reveal what is the mysterious "additional digital content" and see if it is worth spending an extra 10€.

 

In my case, the jump between the standard and the deluxe edition is $5.

Are they not offering it on Amazon for PC? I have Amazon credit and would love to use that instead. Do I have to buy it off the Origin store for PC?

 

I imagine (though I could be wrong) that because it was just announced yesterday, not every retailer is 100% set on whether they'll be selling a physical or digital copy of the PC Deluxe Edition. I'd say wait a few days and keep checking back to see if anything's changed. Otherwise, you could get in touch with customer support and simply ask. :-)

 

I have a question, Does the collector edition contain anything else except those weapons and armors? Because when I took a look at the origin website it said:
"Digital bonuscontent yet to be revealed.(it doesn't really say that, but that's because it shows up in a different language for me.) Does that mean more content will be revealed?

 

I'm pretty curious about the uber collection. Will only buy it if it contains a mission or some sort. 

 

Right. Expect there to be more content in the Deluxe Edition than what was already revealed. As far as what that content consists of...we'll have to wait and see. Although I'm sure it'll be pretty sweet regardless. ;-)

Isn't Origin all digital now? So I assume if you do buy a "physical" version of the PC it is just a box/envelope with codes in it.

 If it is insignificant miscellaneous items then forget about it. I know they said no dlc companion. Not sure what could be more uber than the deluxe edition except a dragon mount...just saying.

Great, looks like some countries are getting it later than others AGAIN (9th October in Germany, 25th December in Italy etc.). And we Europeans will have to pay more AGAIN (60$=60€ if we believe EA). Seems like EA tries to ****** me off.

The Deluxe Edition on Origin includes "bonus digital content (to be announced)". Can I safely assume the uber version will only add physical items?

I've no interest in digital bonuses (unless they're expansions).  I'd like physical goodies in an uber edition.

I'm hoping for a metal case, an artbook, a map, a dagger to stab said map, a cool DAI statue of your followers and you (make it out of PVC plastic like the bust banks to make it cheap but nice), the soundtrack, all the digital goodies the deluxe edition has, and a nice little slice of story dlc for the uber collection.

Been looking forward to this game along with likes of Witcher 3 and GTA V for some time..but not too happy at the potential distribution for us UK.Euro based PC users..

 

Seems we are pretty much limited to Origin if we want anything other than the standard edition and for that ..at current exchange rates..pound to dollar we are going to be paying $84 for the standard ed..and a whopping $100 for the Deluxe...and these are digital products..not physical so no postage or shipping to account for.

Would like to hear from someone from marketing as to how they can justify us UK based people paying about double for the product than people in the US etc.(At least it appears so based on that screenshot before with the product and price listed.$44.99 I believe)

 

Always try and pre-order Biware products and have pretty much every game they ever made but am inclined to see if likes of Kinguin etc. offer a good deal or maybe I will just go for a pirated version ..as it appears it's ok for the games companies to rip us off..so perhaps one should reciprocate for a change!

My question is: I have looked up to see only 2 sets for this game coming out, (unless the info for the other editions out there). What I know of is the:

 

1.  Deluxe Edition: that has, a Red Hart Halla mount (or a Bog Unicorn, for the more evil-inclined), the Skyhold Throne (made from a dragon’s skull), and the “Flames of the Inquisition” pack, which includes armor, weapons and a mount.
2. Standard Edition that has I do not know what.
3. ? Edition what ever that may be.

I love video games as the next person and this is not rocket science, I am falling short on what all the Edition's are going to be for this game. One other thing that was told but not 100% confirmed in Dragon Age Inquisition was the races you could pick. I know not much info is out right now.

From what I have seen on different version of Gamestop(one the US site and the other was the German Site), the Pre-order bonus is different. The Flames of Inquistion arsenal pack is the pre-order bonus for the US and the Flame mount is the Pre-order for the other. I would Assume that that Flame armor will also end up being a pre-order for some store(maybe Amazon or best buy).

 

The Deluxe edition comes with all three pre-order bonuses along with the throne,the two uniqiue mounts, the sound track and some digtal content that has yet to be annouced(according to the description for it), thats about ten dollars worth of stuff. Thought it would mean that it is likely that people who get the deluxe will have a extra code.

I'm already pre-ordering the Deluxe edition for the PS4(I will have one by the time the game comes out) so that I wll have some money down on it that I can tranfer to the Uber edition if I like what it come with. I am also going to end up pre-ordering Arkham Knight.

 

Currently Steam doesn't show anything for dragon age inquisition(it also doesn't show anything for Dragon Age 2 either)

Yeah, I have seen placeholders for the guide on different sites, I'm going to pick that up as well since this is looking to be both a big game and I want to know after doing one playthrough if there was anything that I could have done that would have given my character better results. Example being a way to both save the Village and take the fort with minuim loss.
