I wonder if the hat will automatically turn our character bald though. That's how it seemed to work with previous headgear, and the male Inquisitor they've modelled it on so far has a shaved head.

It's pretty much dead on a French musketeer hat (or rather, what a popular image of one is like) As such it makes a modicum of sense, with action of the game taking place in fantasy equivalent of medieval France.

As far as we've been told, most armor is usable by all classes. We've now seen this particular hat on all 3 classes between screenshots and artwork.
