Actually, that black finger nails are only appeared on the red armor set, not the gray one. So nail polish to fit the style?

I can see his nails in that picture and they look more white than skin tone to me. Now I'm wondering if Cole is really into nail polish. I'm finding the idea endearing.

That makes sense. Because if I think right wasn't all the pictures of the early armor the Inquisitor had on white?

It is revealed that proximity to a mage bonded with a Fade spirit can temporarily restore a Tranquil to their former self. In contrast to the content and peaceful outlook of the Tranquil, the restored individual described it as a horrific experience in comparison.

 

Justinia V, who became the Divine in 9:34 Dragon, asked to investigate the nature of the Rite as she admitted that it was not completely understood. The Divine wanted to know if the process of removing magic could be done without the other side effects, and if it could be reversed. The elven Tranquil Pharamond was then sent to the Adamant Fortress to conduct a research on the Rite. He discovered a way to reverse the effects of the Rite of Tranquility, with the side effect of the mage becoming very emotional. According to Pharamond, if a spirit or demon were to reach across the Veil and touch a Tranquil's mind, it would be cured.

Contrary to popular belief, the Tranquil are not immune to possession. Tranquil become invisible to spirits and demons in the Fade. They are also undesirable since a demon looks to possess an individual because it wishes to experience life. To them, a Tranquil is no better than an inanimate object or worse, since a Tranquil will resist. Thus in order for a demon or spirit to touch the mind of a Tranquil, it must be lured out of the Fade and summoned into the mortal realm, then lured into possessing the Tranquil. This feat can be accomplished by a spirit medium.

We don't know, but Justice had feelings to some extent, grew to like things and people, even sympathized. But sure no pain or discomfort, he was literally in a decomposing body.

He can even dream.

Lol "technically" is really the keyword here. Demonic abomination feel nothing too. Besides Justice from Awakening is a much better comparison to Cole.

illusions? unlikely, sensations are complicated, but spirits are purely experiential existence.

I mean, you can't create the things that you can't even imagine of. In other words, the mechanism of experiential existence is similar to the process of (non artificial intelligence) computer programs, any output requires a CONSTANT data flow as its input. In this case, he is a demon/spirit bond with the soul of mage Cole or a fade being who is almost as powerful as the Maker. XD

And even illusions are extremely complicated, they require certain amounts of creativity which I don't think the conventional spirits can possess.

I wonder if Cole glows, he doesn't seem to on images we have seen so far. I'm wondering because one of the most controversial ways to know identity of a fade denizen is the color of their glow. Blue is always spirit, red is always demon.
