I wonder if Cole glows, he doesn't seem to on images we have seen so far. I'm wondering because one of the most controversial ways to know identity of a fade denizen is the color of their glow. Blue is always spirit, red is always demon.
From the gameplay demo, I don't think he glows. He appears to have a physical body though.

If I remember correctly from the recent gameplay videos, his combat abilities have more of a green tinge. Like when he stealths around I think he leaves behind some dark smoke with some kind of green lightning. I imagine it's just to imply his association to the Fade and it's respective color scheme. Maybe if he were to have some aura at some point in the game, it'd be green too.

Ascribing it to be significant its an assumption, when its in all likelihood just a color.

Even shroenger's cat requires an observer. 100% demon/spirit is just logically too powerful to exist.

Dose anybody know how rouge inquisitor's stealth look like? Green looks like the color of inquisitor, what if they look the same？

He looks quite creepy to me. But I have a feeling that he could be a real badass rogue wielding dual daggers. Especially, with his whole "slipping in and out of the Fade" thingy.
Imagine:
"Backstab" <Cole disappears>
"Twin Fangs" <Cole disappears>
etc.
I guess I'm not creeped out by the guy because I know that he means absolutely no harm to anyone who is at least trying to be heroic or kind. Plus, Verae(Kossith Inquisitor) is interested in the poor boy. That outcast mentality, yo. Bond with those like you.

Nope, these two are completely separated, the spirit attack is designed to be a range attack, he has used this ability to eliminates a target who is 7 feet away.
If I recall correctly, the Decoy ability creates a fake clone of the individual and is used to distract enemies. Hence why the non-glowy (fake) Cole seems to be standing around like a lemon whilst the glowy Cole (real, possibly using a sustained ability to give him those glowy shaders) uses the distraction to get in a backstab.Nope, these two are completely separated, the spirit attack is designed to be a range attack, he has used this ability to eliminates a target who is 7 feet away.

I find it awful that I honestly wish he was romancable, because of the fact we never got to romance Justice. Which I know would have been weird but, pregnant with possibilities.

The Decoy ability is also unique to rogues, so I think it's still a fair interpretation of that image.
Besides that, none of the alternatives make sense.
It's not sustained abilitie and it seems like they can act simultaneously. Check the IGN demo (fight on the bridge), it can cause damage, so it's likely an active attack. ( We know two daggers do have some new abilities in DAI, Cole can throw knives, so it's probably his another range attack ability.)
Well, Litany of Adralla can only disrupt the spirit/demon Cole, not the human Cole, human Cole still fighting, clawing and biting. 
Hence, I always believe the human Cole is still exist since it’s actually the most reasonable deduction by now.

After watching the video, I think it must be one of the four abilities shown in Cole's UI - one is Twin Fangs, one is Flank Attack, one is unknown (could be a sustained ability like 'Speed', or an activated ability like 'Throw Knives') and the last one is unknow but also red, which suggests it wasn't available for use at that time.
Looking at Flank Attack's description- "you leap through the shadows to attack your foes with deadly strikes that hit them from behind" - I think it could be that. However, that ability became available for use again almost instantly, so either it has a *very* short cool-down, or it was another ability instead.

That could be it.
I assumed it was red because it was unusable - in the same manner spells like Group Heal were unavailable unless you had Spirit Healer active in DA2. It could be that the red colour simply means it is unique to Cole.
Though, I don't see any oddly-coloured talents for Solas or Blackwall.
They've designed some special tactic abilities for Cole in order to match the arc, how thoughtful.
