I hope Cole has a side quest with Rhys and Evangeline. 

 

 

I can't really think of a personal quest for him that doesn't involve seeing his old friends.

 

On the other hand they may blow up in the beginning.

Here we are of an accord. The truth is Cole killed people in the lowest, most vulnerable state of mind of their lives. Cole might be pitiful. It might be earnest. It might be lonely, sad, traumatized (still don't understand how that works, but okay), and naive. But it killed innocent people that might have lived full and happy lives had it not taken advantage of their darkest hour.

 

Yes, I know. Demons might never change but people do, that's the reason I never use "it" to referring Cole.

If we reached a consensus, you might have the same eagerness to help him.

well he does have mindset of a teen so its not unreasonable that if they are deceased he will basically become a magical batman

we wanna try and put everything out that really gets into the head of the character them self. so we don’t just shoot a character in a random environment. we think about where they from, we think about their motivation in the game. and we trying to present that in a screen shot form. but also we are artists and we understand the importance of composition, color, tone, surface respond, so we are trying to produce an image that is also beautiful to look at. so there is a kind of surface meaning that it’s cole, a new character for the game. but also it’s an image that stands up to scrutiny, as just a nicely composed piece of art.

I expect Cole would have a weird relationship with death anyway. I mean, we know that people pass through the Fade when they die, before going to wherever lies beyond.

So... given that Cole has a better grasp on his abilities post-Asunder, could he talk to people shortly after death? I get the sense that he has some ability to travel back and forth over the Veil, though maybe he can't do it on demand.
